Had hired these guys to move a client of mine which was a small move minimal amount of items. One mover KEVIN broke my clients 50 year Ethan Allen Armoire not working well with his co-worker. Then he put my clients tv in her truck with no kind of protection & she said if he could place something or wrap it but unfortunately he decided to disrespect her! Then the owner came to rectify the shitty job Kevin was doing as my client was beyond worried for the rest of the items and he decided to change the rate and not wanting to unload until paid. Once paid at unload he decided to not provide my client his INSURANCE as he stated that HE WAS INSURED! Now he insists that I have to pay for the repair also but as stated above HIS MOVER (KEVIN) was the one who unprofessionally broke the armoire placing on a 4 wheeler with not even wrapping it. So disappointed that I even referred these guys to her as I have worked with my client before with previous move and she had nothing but good things to say. Will NEVER REFER TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS EVER AGAIN! That's not how you conduct business if your business is at fault take the loss and provide your insurance especially if you are moving heavy duty expensive piece of furniture! Also they did show up with only a little bit of shrink wrap and only wrapped one piece out of the whole move. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE BEFORE BOOKING YOUR MOVE!!! Requested move from Reno to Vegas guys got a box truck filled truck up to the brim and guys wanted to leave something was fishy with these guys agreed to move all belongings to Vegas all they did was fill the truck break a couple of the items and worst thing was one of the movers some crack heads off the street it seemed ended up having belongings of mine in their vehicles and they actually left their personal car keys in the box truck somewhere I actually stayed up helped the guy look for them until he finally got tired or looking I ended up paying them a hefty lump some and they didn't follow through with anything service was extremely bad I'm my move I ended up getting another company with different truck etc and paying them the move after getting ripped off by super movers idk what else I can say about this place owner was nice in the beginning but couldn't get ahold of him suddenly. The thing I really liked is the movers were careful with our belongings. They did not break a thing! They were very efficient and cooperative. Put things exactly where I wanted them in our new home. The only downside is the owner, Brandon, is kind of weird. We had less than an average amount of furniture and boxes for a 2 bedroom apartment. The movers finished in a little over two hours (less than the three hour estimate). Instead of charging me the quoted price, Brandon charged me a little more. We paid for 4 movers, only 3 showed up. Which they requested my employees helped them. Super Movers employees broke a very large piece of glass which they agreed to replace. I needed help moving a downstairs 3 bedroom apartment to storage. I called on Brandon, communication was good, and we came to an agreement on price. We had the apt all boxed, packed, and furniture broken down to help with the move. I requested they bring moving blankets and hand carts 2 times during communication with Brandon. Mike and Arnold were reasonably on time, but came without moving blankets. They eventually left to go buy supplies and came back. They seemed to take a really long time to load and unload. For reference, husband and I moved the same things several months before in half the time with no issue. The items finally get to storage and found to have been damaged in route. So disappointing!! I really felt that this company who does this daily would be competent enough to avoid damaging people's belongings. A dresser was dragged and a leg broken, Ethan Allen dining room chairs deeply scratched, and a large 9 foot mirror ruined. It was mentioned to Brandon, and he acknowledged the damage, offering to have it repaired. It hasn't happened yet, and honestly I don't think the damage is repairable. When I booked Super Movers I was assured that they specialized in handling valuable antiques, which was certainly NOT the case. I explained that I have a number of very large pieces that require TLC. I also told Brandon that I needed a semi trailer, four men and LOTS of moving blankets to protect my furniture. I have moved these items five times with reputable moving companies without any problems and it was always done in one day. Brandon's crew showed up an hour late with two 20' U-Haul trucks and three men. I called Brandon immediately and told him that my things would not fit in those trucks, but he just said they'd make two trips. It took them FIVE DAYS to finally get all of my furniture to the new house and literally everything was damaged or broken, including an antique mirror and several priceless stained glass windows that cannot be repaired. I had a brand new washer and dryer that were only three weeks old that they totally destroyed, plus a new refrigerator. The second day they never showed up until 3:00 PM, six hours late. This move was a total disaster, the worst one I've ever done. I asked Brandon for his insurance company, because I needed to file a claim, but he never responded. His crew did about $25,000 in damage. read more

I am not a big online reviewer. So I really have to be motivated to do so. Brandon and his crew have been absolutely amazing on every level - they are the real deal. Honest, direct, experienced, professional, communicative, prompt, efficient, careful, fair.....you name it, they nailed it. Especially in an area that does not have a lot of moving services where most other moving vendors were not very responsive, not available until next week or quoted pretty exorbitant bids. Brandon is straightforward and to the point. I do not like sales people trying to convince me of things - Brandon just gets it done. Warm and fuzzy is not what I was looking for here so don't be turned off if you do not speak with a hired secretary. Brandon is the man with a solid crew behind him. I'll try to summarize my experience as briefly as possible. We just got a home in Tahoe City and I am not in town. I emailed them at 1am in the morning and had a response at 7:35am saying that his crew would be done at the University at 11am and could be at our place in Tahoe City at 12:30pm that same day. Vaha arrived early with my agent letting him and his crew in. We had a double+ garage full of EVERYTHING. Vaha asked that I text him where everything should go and what needs to be assembled. And then he kept me updated throughout the day via text and pictures as I was not present. My agent popped in and out with updates. Talk about these guys making it easy! The job was estimated to be about 5 hours but ended up taking 8.5 hours with these guys going non-stop. These guys are beast-mode for the heavy stuff with all of the skills, knowledge and persistence to assemble the most pain-in-the-ass projects (see picture of bunkbed for example). Then Brandon asked IF it was ok if he charged a discounted hourly rate for the extra hours. Talk about being beyond fair. I forgot to mention that they were already one of the most reasonable bids that I received. They hauled the last couch's up to the second floor wrapping things up around 9:00pm sending pictures of each and every room. We went to start moving to our new apartment and after an exhausting day loading and starting to unload our Uhaul we called it a day. The next day our bodies were still tired from the day before so we were like let's get someone to move the stuff for us... we called these guys and they were able to come to our storage unit and load what we had for there. When we arrived to our apartment we tried to get our apartment stuff unloaded but we struggled mainly because it started to snow heavy. We called them back up and had them come do our apartment stuff. They did a great job and is cheap when it come to having someone move your stuff. Under $300 the first time and under $200 the second time. I definitely would recommend them. The customer service was excellent and I will definitely spread the word about them to anybody I hear needs help moving stuff. read more

We moved 30 miles from Minden to Reno, Nevada. The movers were not on time and brought very few blankets to cover furniture. As a result three pieces of quality furniture were badly damaged. The move happened in February and I have yet to have damage repaired or contact regarding this in spite of multiple texts, phone calls. The dining room table was deeply scared and will be a major repair. Will have to get it repaired on my own and seek small claims court damages. Literally the single greatest moving experience I have ever had. They were not on time......the were EARLY. They suggested 5.5 hrs based on my furniture list......and only needed 5 because Torin & Marcus were so FAST! We contacted super movers very last minute to help with packing up our house. We needed help getting excess items into boxes and I had thrown out my back and my wife was working all weekend. They did show up late, but they made up for that with their efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy toward our home and our 8 month old daughter. They packed more items then I could have imagined possible and moved several large items from the second story of the house into our garage. Well worth it to pay for this service and glad we got the guys we did to help with the job! I also appreciated when they said they didn't feel they had the expertise to take apart our treadmill to get it out of the room it was in.
