Ok, it is the next day and I just styled my hair. I have to say, the haircut that I received from…read moreAndrea is the best hair cut I have ever gotten in mount sterling. The way my hair is laying is exactly perfect!! I was skeptical that a hair cut at a Walmart salon would be worth as much as going to a salon in Lexington (see my first impression below), but this is perfect and I will be back!! Live and learn! Next time, I won't choose to skip the actual shampoo, I'll purchase the shampoo cut and style. I wish they would just price it at $34.95 because I do think it is deceptive to advertise a $24.95 haircut and then add an extra fee without knowing until you are at the register at the end. But now I know. This haircut is totally worth $35! And just for full disclosure, I'm probably one of the most picky customers when it comes to salons. I have tried nearly every stylist (not just salons, but all the people that work in them) in town and didn't really like any others. (Except for one that does not cut hair anymore). I'm aware I'm not easy to please in this department. I'm looking forward to more haircuts from this stylist!! I got my first hair cut from this salon today. I usually go to Lexington at planet salon, but since Covid I haven't been going to Lexington as much. It has been difficult to arrange an appointment since I never know when I will be in Lexington right now. It was ok. Though I was a bit shocked at the prices. I was told a hair cut, wash, and style was $24.95 but when I checked it out was $35 and I noticed I had an extra $10 fee for to my hair (barely) bring past my shoulders. I also opted not to get an actual shampoo since I had just gotten out of the shower, but I was still charged for a shampoo, cut, and style. This is the same price as a low level stylist at planet salon. If the prices were cheaper than planet salon I could easily see myself stopping in here for a quick trim, but with no price savings over a higher end salon I doubt I'll be back. You wouldn't expect to pay the same for a haircut at Walmart as you would at a fancier salon.

The front part of his hair was UNEVEN and honestly looks like a bowl cut and is not at all what i showed and explained. It looks terrible. Customer service was good tho and everyone was friendly. would not go if you want a good haircut tho.
