Over the following year, I had multiple conversations with staff and managers explaining that I had already cancelled. Nothing was fixed. On April 20, 2026, a manager told me he would resolve everything, remove the charges, and call me back the next day. That never happened. No call. No refund. No resolution. What makes this worse is that they can easily verify the truth: I have not used the gym after cancelling Their own access logs and cameras would confirm I cancelled and returned my key fob Despite this, they continued billing me.
