It's very close to the Hertz and Coconut pour so very convenient for me. They have the same schedule as the one in Naples Mercato so it's also easy to find a good class. I decided to attend the Yin Yoga class on Sunday at 11:30AM as this is a very relaxing. The Yoga teacher was really good and helped me for one position. The room is not crowded and very clean. The only thing is maybe too much lights compare to Naples. I liked in the past doing the Yoga class almost in the dark, it was more relaxing and better to wake up slowly on a lazy Sunday! The yoga app is really a plus to reserve your spot, pay classes and see the schedule. Overall, good staff, very relaxing, happy to see again the dog at the entrance and good promotion. I will definitely come back. PS: If I fall asleep during a yoga pose, just let me sleep!

I went in for an intro class and had a lovely and sweet instructor who really got me excited about IM:X! While I'm used to Lagree, not this version of a workout, I found this to be the only thing near my parents house when I have to be down here a few times a month, so I explored it. I even went back a second time for the intro (at the companies request) to bring a friend (which as a business owner-- is a huge plus to have a non-confirmed client bring another person in). However, upon my second visit the owner was the instructor and it was nightmarish. She was unwelcoming upon us entering and once we got into class it was way worse. It started with her asking us our names and then blurting out "I'll never remember that.....especially a name like THAT" when referring to my friend's non-traditional non-American name. Throughout the class she made us uncomfortable by complaining about her daughter, the temp of the room, and the music. She ended up cutting off the music so it was just silence and her voice, which was odd. While doing the workout we let her know of some limitations and she said "what do you people do outside of here in your real lives?"... as if our minor limitations were not normal. It was not only uncomfortable but oddly mean spirited. At the end of it all we were ready to bolt and leave based on this experience, with me profusely apologizing to my friend for bringing her and exposing her to such negative, unwelcoming energy. It was nothing like my first time there. As we finished up the owner said "I don't try to sell anyone so if it's for you it's for you, thanks buh bye" versus even proving info or asking for feedback. Since the owner made it so odd, we won't be returning and instead bought a Lagree Miniformer to work out on versus paying someone to tell us they'll consistently forget our names and that our limitations are "weird".

The kindly invited us over so we went. Woo hoo! My parents just got a place around the corner and I wish I was staying longer to be able to enjoy all that the center has to offer like yoga, drum circles, tai chi, reiki and all types of spiritual lectures and classes. Apparently you can just take a kayak and return it when you are finished! That's it! This place is definitely right up my alley. A peaceful gem in an otherwise busy Estero. What I did get to see, I loved. They have a labyrinth and an amazing suspension bridge in the back. It's off a main road but you would never know it when you are there. It's hidden and quiet. Very relaxing. They have this wood fence with great motivational sayings. I will definitely have to come back, visit my parents and take a class here. I could move in. It just has that chill vibe.
