I've been with Ohio health for several years and had a MyChart for several years and have never…read morebeen able to communicate with my doctor on it.. just recently after working a 12-hour days in a row they were calling me and I had to communicate with them and I even put in the MyChart to please make it so that I can communicate with my doctor because every time I'd go to send a message it said I wasn't able to send a message to anybody.. so I begged and begged and begged in one of the technical areas to please fix the problem so I can communicate with my doctor.. nobody replied nobody cared.. my doctor kept calling me throughout the whole day and because I was on the phone for 12 hours I couldn't communicate with her so I tried again the very next day to communicate with her on my chart I wasn't able to.. I then try to get to communicate the following day and begged and begged and begged at the technical assistant would fix this.. it still wasn't fixed.. this is what they say on their MyChart..."Communicate with your doctor, get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home, access your test results.". This is a complete lie.. they put me in the worst position here I couldn't even communicate with my doctor and I begged and I begged and I begged please make it so that I can send a message to my doctor on my chart.. they completely ignored me.. nobody replied nobody even cared.. find me what I did was said take my whole MyChart down I will never use it again completely remove the whole thing I will never use your service again and now I will have to call in for everything and I will never be able to use a service that they supposedly provided for me when I needed to communicate with my doctor the most important things I couldn't even get communication to her when she kept calling and calling and calling and I couldn't get to the phone because I'm working... How dare you create a system that's supposed to streamline communication and not allow a very important communication to be given to my doctor when she's calling me.. after I begged and I begged and I begged for you to fix it.. clearly the IT department should be replaced. I even submitted requests in the MyChart for technical assistance and it was completely ignored!

Hello, My name is…read moreBeth and I am here to give you an honest review of one of the best doctor's I have ever known. I have been a patient of Doctor Soto for about 12 years now on and off. The off periods were when I had moved out of state or when she told me some truths that I was not open-minded enough to listen. I always came back sometimes having to humble myself because once you have a good doctor you need to stay with them. The reason why I included the previous statement is one: I am a patient two: I have worked in the health care field. So I have experience both side of the medical field. Now you may be wondering if this doctor is so good why only four stars? The reason is no one is perfect. Me, myself, and I at one time put doctors on a high Godlike pedestal so much so I would feel uncomfortable around them and I admit it I would lie about certain things. By her actions and how she listened to me made me realize she is human and does care. In these days it is hard to find a solo practioner, which I prefer. Why you may be asking? I like to see the same person each visit. Now she may not remember everything about our last visit (I am bad about follow-up and routine visits) because it might have been eight months since I last saw her. In my case it is true (I am medical assistant) medical people can be the worst patients!! Here is the important stuff. 1) She is a good listener 2) She explains everything to me and she makes sure that I understand what has been told to me. 3) In hard times ($) she has helped me by providing samples. I have worked in a couple practices where all the samples where ear marked for employees, their families and friends. REALLY THIS IS TRUE. 4) She is up to date and has been on the cutting edge of medicine. For example she was one of the first to do comprhensive cholesstro testing. Meaning not the test thatr just gives your HDH, LDL, trigliserides and cholestrol level but also your patterns. I have noticed it has only been the last few years that I have heard of this test and I got mine done about nine years ago. . 5) She is patient. example #4 took me awhile to grasp that concept. 6) She is excellant in diagnosing thyroid disorders. 7) Her practice also include pilot exams, INS exams, and she also has ALLURE the beauty side of her practice, which I have never felt any pressure to have "work" done. I highly recommend Dr. Soto to everyone. For the men only- her fingers are small for the prostate exam if you get what I am saying. So on that note I wish everyone a great day and to give Doctor Soto a call. Most importantly find a Doc who understands you.

I met with Dr Garcia after experiencing miserable symptoms of menopause. It is expensive I wish my insurance covered more then some of the blood work and urine testing but that's the insurance I have. Regardless, I went hopeful and skeptical. I met with Dr David Garcia who actually made me feel like he really listened to me and I felt like he heard me that is important for me when going to any doctor. He was knowledgeable about my medical history which I filled out in depth on line prior to my initial contact with him. Then we went over all my test results. I also had another concern that I was experiencing that I had not put in my history and was worrying about he checked that out right then and there. I was relieved to put my fear to rest about what I thought it might be. While discussing my test results I was amazed that he was able to show me exactly how my body was functioning or rather not functioning by the test results that showed the timeline. It matched exactly to my feeling of no energy, general malaise, and irritability. I received the injection that same day of the pellet it's testosterone. He makes a small incision in your hip area and implants the pellet. I Never felt a thing he said he numbs with a shot, I never felt the shot it was completely painless. He used butterfly bandaid and a cover bandaid he said I should notice a difference in three days. I had it done around 3:00 pm on Friday. The very next day Saturday I was shocked I felt amazing, I could not believe the energy and the mood I had felt happy again. I kept thinking this can't be real. My friend, clients and especially my husband noticed my reversal of mood. I felt no hunger so if you don't want to lose weight you may want to force yourself to eat. I personally want to lose weight but didn't go for that reason alone. I know it's sounds crazy but I'm at day 2 Sunday and I woke up happy no aches and pains energetic and although I did eat the day before it was significantly less then I normally would and I didn't really feel hungry. I lost a pound and a half. I know sounds like water or a fluke but I'm going to continue to track it. I figure it has to be the pellet because even though I bought all the supplements he felt I should take (I reasoned I had invested time and money so far might as well try it all) I don't think the supplements worked that fast. I think he said three weeks then the supplements are noticeable. Can't remember how long that takes but wow the pellet works. I will keep updating but I can't honestly say I haven't felt like this in a very long time and if I can feel this good I believe the cost is worth it I just wish of course the price was lower so that all women could feel better if they experience menopause like myself. The dentist Mark is a super sweet guy and the receptionist staff are always lovely. I really like that they offer fluoride treatments and mouth cancer screenings. I'm pretty lucky that I have not ever had a cavity or work that has need to be done and am good about coming in every six months for cleanings which may help. My experience yesterday was frustrating for a few reasons, which is atypical but it seems easily fixable. I was due for X-rays and the dental technician told me upon arrival that I would have to take all of my piercings out that are located above my neck. This is not something I have ever had to do there before. I did the best I could, and I have quite a few. This was time consuming, and not something I was prepared for. There was not a great place to do this either. Anytime I have had to do this for any other medical facility I have been given prior notice to prepare. This would have been helpful, and when I mentioned this to the technician, she was dismissive and said they don't know ahead of time because the front desk schedules the X-rays. I ended up running extremely late to work without time to put them back in, and ended up losing one of my diamond earrings because the cup I was given to put them ended up having a hole in it. I understand that it is not directly the fault of Advanced Dental Wellness that I lost my earring, but if I had a heads up about the need to remove my jewelry on my ears and face, like the majority of medical facilities it wouldn't have happened.
