As the food finished up, the gentleman let me know that he added an extra shrimp taco to the order at no extra charge. Who am I to complain when an extra shrimp taco is tossed into the mix? The tacos were amazing. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and grilled. The pico had a little kick to it, which I enjoyed, but my daughter did not. More for me. With food trucks, it's all about timing. Order early, or order later, but if you order at the peak time, expect to wait a little bit. It's worth it!

I asked if I could have it without, but they said it was their pico de gallo that contained the cilantro. I was about to change my mind until they said they would prepare fresh pico for me without the cilantro. This was YUGE to me. As a customer with a super specific hatred for this herb, only about 14% of the population(Scotti, Ariel 2) , they accommodated my stupid request and made this specific order for me and for that I am truly forever appreciative. Very delicious tacos; would buy from them again 10/10. Their fries were very crisp and seasoned quite well. My friends devoured most of the fries before I could become Hedonism bot from Futurama. From the store I got the fried oysters which were amazing, the collard green egg rolls which were different and delicious. Then I got for my son the hot honey garlic wings with fries and the ginger lemonade and for my husband I got the fish dinner with rice perlo and fried okra. The curds were lightly battered and fried, almost a tempura style batter, and then served with a delicious pepper jelly dipping sauce. My husband and I devoured these; I think I could eat them every day. We also shared a Philly Cheesesteak which was really tasty as well. Great meat to bun ratio and you could taste the mushrooms inside the beef. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great!
