Checked out this food truck at Low tide brewery! The Brussels were delicious and we had the clam fritters as well. I wish I didn't have dinner plans after or I would have tried the lobster roll!

We got the shrimp roll. It was good, crispy bread on the outside, fresh tasting shrimp on the inside. They do it well. I don't think it's my jam enough to pay $16 for a sandwich (with no sides) again but it certainly wasn't bad. We also got the Stuffie. The flavors on this were legit. You'll probably still be hungry, but it's very tasty!

Is this sandwich related? Not really. I dont eat just sandwiches, you know. I'm a man of many layers. Like an onion. An onion sandwich. This layer is about my love of all things seafood, which brought us to The Whale to grab some Co Hog ! Got some fried oyster toast - fried oysters with pastrami spices, slaw, swiss, and rye. Hey that's KINDA a sandwich, right? No? Alright what about the shrimp roll, with full shrimp? That's in a roll! Don't be one of those "a hot dog isn't a sandwich so why would a shrimp roll be one?" snobs we hear about so much these days. It counts. There's bread - that's like 90% of being a sandwich. Couldn't resist their Stuffies: baked clams, and a whole lot of it - 5oz!! No complaints of course. Top it all off with some clam fritters and fried Brussel sprouts oma...omakah...I knew I should have written it down. It's good, or as we say on IG: #good. To find out what makes it #good, you'll just have to find Co-Hog and go try them out yourselves!

Chowder is probably the best I've ever tasted . Wish I lived in Charleston to get this every week

I ordered the whole belly clam plate. Let's star with some positives. The coleslaw was crisp, fresh, and had a nice twang to it. Not overdressed like most other places. The 'slaw had a bite which I enjoyed. The potatoes looked burnt but they were not. They were well seasoned. Crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The oil might have been old? Now on to the star of the show: the lackluster clams. Obviously I was not a fan. The breading had no seasoning. It was just there, falling off on the plate. The only redeeming quality (and that is a stretch) was the tartar sauce. I added vinegar for some much needed acidity and it did the trick. It elevated the clams ..... or tried to. For $30+?; not worth it in my opinion. I am going to assume that the ingredients, inflation, and the distribution chain issues raised the prices to what they are? Still a pass for me. The business is not even claimed and I am hesitant to rate it as I feel it is not appropriate to give a low score based on the one service. I will hold my judgment until the next time I come across the Co-hog food truck. Until we meet again, my friend. I am rooting for you. P.S. - I was forced to select a star rating. The platform didn't allow for a review without an actual score. Oh well, something to consider for next app update?

Traveling for work and was looking for good New Orleans cooking, I found it here…read more I stopped for lunch, got hear right as the doors opened and the place was full by the time we got our drinks, good sign. Service was friendly and attentive, good atmosphere. The food only topped off the good first impression. For appetizers we got gator bites ( seasoning was so good they didn't even need sauce) second was the Andui and shrimp Mac & Cheese (amazing) I could have just eaten these and been satisfied. The shrimp and crayfish porboy was large and tasted so good, man the seasoning on the fries was so good. The batter on the fish was amazing as well. We left with food to spare and already planning on what we will get next time we're in town. And only 15min from the airport. Great job Lola!!

LOLA does crawfish boils on Tuesdays, and we went specifically for that. They offer a few different…read moreoptions--$17.99 for one pound, around the mid-$20s for two pounds (don't remember exact), and $39 for three pounds. The crawfish was cooked well and had great flavor. The only thing we noticed was they were a bit juicy--we think they may not have soaked in the boil as long, which usually helps absorb more flavor. My husband really enjoyed them (this trip was mostly for him!), but they were a little spicy for me. I ended up getting a Caesar salad with fried crawfish tails instead, and it was huge--I only made it through about half. We also got margaritas during happy hour--both were really good. I had the lychee margarita, and my husband got the mango with a Cajun rim. Service was very good--our waiter was attentive and friendly. The only small downside was that we did feel a little rushed. It does say on the menu that they ask guests not to stay longer than 1.5 hours, so just something to keep in mind. They are pet-friendly, and we sat outside. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and the tables had umbrellas, which was nice. The only other thing we weren't thrilled about was the credit card surcharge--it was around 3-3.5%, which feels a bit high, especially since most people don't carry cash anymore. Overall, a great spot--especially if you're a crawfish fan!

Once we were seated on the back patio, which was cool and with menu right on the wall to help with all fresh seafood and oysters. I didn't have to pry the oyster away from the shell, I got no grit, no broken pieces of shell and the oyster liquor was filled to the brim. All I had to do was tip those babies up and down the hatch they went. I trusted the shucker to give me two each of his top three choices and to say he came through was a complete understatement. We had two from Maine called Mosher Island. Delicious. Clean and sweet. Perfectly sized. Next came Lil Stoner from North Carolina. Even better if that's possible. I could have easily eaten a dozen. Love their cocktail and mignonette sauces, but these oysters did not need them whatsoever. And saving the best for last were Lowcountry Cups from South Carolina which had a briny kick to them that made my toes curl up! Seriously. I was sorry I had already ordered other items because I just wanted to keep indulging in those raw morsels of heaven. The crispy oysters were fine but all that sauce and sweetness detracted completely from the oyster itself which was fried perfectly. Next time, no sauce for me. Just did not require it. Same with the oyster po boy. Messy to eat because it had splashes of this and that and more. Those oysters just did not need it. Shrimp taco was quite good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and they were a good value. Its seasoning didn't drown out the seafood flavor, just enhanced it. I can only imagine what their soft shell crab is like. Next year! The cocktails were great and the service was outstanding. Aiden could not have been nicer and we seriously had the best shucker known to man. I asked for his opinions and he knocked it out of the park. We just relocated to the area and are making our list for all the guests that are looking to visit. I have lived all over the country and missed my raw oysters. So thanks and see you soon! I recommend sitting at the bar if possible. We med a very nice lady who was visiting her son from North Carolina and a newlywed couple from New York in town for a wedding. They were delightful.
