Our plumber Cody with Roto Rooter spoke with "Santana" after 5:00 PM yesterday 5/23/25 and ordered a control valve for our Bradford White gas water heater and was told by Santana that I could pick it up anytime after 8:00 AM today. I drove there just after 8:00 AM both doors locked with a sign indicating closed in observance of Memorial Day. Scott the plumber for Roto Rooter arrived there shortly after I did . He called Santana again leaving a voice mail followed by another Roto Rooter man who Scott told me he was the Lead Plumber who contacted someone with this store who told him he would contact someone to get the part from Will Call which after hours of waiting no call back,no appearance on location which is not only disrespectful, unprofessional and down right disgusting!! My wife suffers with a heart condition, diabetes and lymphodema which has literally crippled her which requires her to utilize a walker, cane or wheelchair which is really tough for a 81 year old woman who was a picture of health just under two years ago. I'm her husband for 36 years and her primary care provider at home and I'm a 76 year old man with bad vision in my left eye. Due to the seriousness of her health issues I don't leave her alone for more than one hour. I was at this store for almost four hours which is totally ridiculous and Scott from Roto Rooter can substantiate. I sent a text to Scott earlier this afternoon asking if he heard from Ferguson to which he said NO and apologized. I have been in business for 45 years as a C-Level Executive for major telecommunications companies in 43 states and 18 countries and NEVER failed to communicate with my clients following a commitment for anything NO EXCUSES, NO EXCEPTIONS and expect reciprocal treatment !!! Install was done on schedule. After installation there has been zero response from the company. I have 3 places I think are minor and could be fixed or smoothed out but no one will come look at it. The back splash is 1/4" higher on one wall then the back wall where it makes its turn and is noticeable. Also the back splash is a 1/4" short on one side and not the other with a chip knocked out of it. I have called three times and been to the office twice. Keep telling me we will call you. In December was told too busy to come out until after new year, its now January 30 and still can't get a service call scheduled. Work is not that bad just need a little after the payment service.

We contacted LPI, sent pictures, and they even acknowledged it was made incorrectly but refused to do the right thing. They claimed it only has a 90 day warranty, which is utterly useless. But interestingly enough, i could spend $600 and buy a new cover from them, which is warrantied for 5 years, how does that work? They failed to provide good craftsmanship in their lids, which are $600 to replace, do you really want to trust them with a $10,000 spa investment???

At Home gets bonus point for that, unlike other stores, where you can push the button, and no one ever comes to help. In the end, we found the carpet, along with a few other small items. Pricing, is very reasonable, that being said, most of their products probably aren't meant to last a life time, but you get what you pay for, and if you take care of your stuff, it will hold up.
