Nicole was frustrated with me but I wanted it to be done right! She became rude and actually blamed me for the screw-ups by not taking her suggestions. I wanted it done the way I wanted it. I'm sure this was a bad experience for me AND her but how she handled it was far less than professional! Advice... if you choose this company, deal with her husband, Mike, only! I ordered white quartz kitchen counter tops. My kitchen have a diagonal wall where my sink sits. The pro company came out twice measured and made templates. The first time it was too long cut into two pieces that required bonding a seam to accommodate the diagonal. What you would see typically with a formica top seam. The installer cut through my door trim to make it fit. I was furious. They removed it and remeasured again the two pieces but this time the hole for the faucet was not right and a sorry attempt was made to patch the hole in my discontinued door trim. I called Bravo and went with them because it was a small family business. I felt I could not go wrong in that he is buliding a business and reputation was at stake. Their was a bit of anxiety in that their was a language barrier with the office staff. I had to trust the process of their business model. Octavio the owner came out to measure and make the template and he speaks well and listened to me. He nailed it. He got it right and did not have to cut it into two pieces. No seam. Not only that he and employees respect my property during the installation in comparison to the Pro Company who left sharp razor blades around. His wife the office manager came by during installation to make sure that I was pleased. I was happy with the pricing in comparison as well. Big and established is not always better. Reputation is everything. I highly recommend them. All I can say is you have to let go and trust the process. He is an expert in his craft. Im still not completely finished to provide pictures and this review is late as in Fall of 2023.

The ladies at DMG worked with me today to see if we could identify a granite remnant for a bathroom…read moreand/or kitchen countertop. They have a great selection of stone remnants in various sizes. We found 2 great possibilities. Their guys came out with the machinery needed to pull the slabs out into the sunlight so we could fully see them. One of the guys came back with a cloth and wiped them down. I thought that was really great of him to do that for us. Seeing both pieces together made the selection process easier. Since they didn't have a remnant I wanted for the kitchen they referred me to another supplier about a mile away who just sells the large slabs. However, I was thrilled to find a beautiful remnant as that is a great value and helps me stay on budget. I highly recommend Dynamic Marble and Granite.

They left exposed nails, and claimed to leave the remaining brick because they thought I wanted to drywall over where the chimney had been despite the jagged edges of the chimney. They didn't seal off the room before they began doing the interior work and also left a ton of debris in house for days before I complained. And they left debris in my neighbor's yard. I can't get the owner to respond back and will be launching a BBB claim. Horrible experience. Unprofessional.

Stacy set out to help us determine which slide was needed and how to get it installed. To me it seems unbelievable that, other than Cabinet Concepts and Stacy, no one wanted to bother with our trivial drawer issue. Can you imagine trying to find the slide for 1 drawer when there are hundreds in use?
