We ordered a $30k+ kitchen package to include Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances. We had to wait over 18 months just for the orders to "arrive". So, you're telling me, that it takes every contractor, home builder etc. 18+ months to receive appliances?? My gut was telling me that we were on the back burner (pun intended), while the builders etc, were getting product in a more reasonable time frame. Moving on...after the grueling 18+mo wait our appliances finally arrive, yay. Much to our chagrin, the Wolf stove is damaged! Jane's (sales lady) solution was to send out a repairman! Now remember, I just spent $30+k on these appliances and they want to now sale me junk that's been damaged and act like everything is square. This after we insist that they send a new one out. In the meantime, we are still without a range and await Jane's ruling on the matter. I always tell my kids, learn from others mistakes. People, please learn from my mistake in dealing with these clowns. Buyers be extremely cautious. I don't even like giving 1 star on this review. Ferguson Home - Smashed/dented range top. Installers wouldn't finish installing for fear of leaking gas. - Appliances Near Me - Greensboro, North Carolina

Not a fan of Ferguson's. I ordered Frigidaire Profession stove, microwave and dishwasher. Ferguson's delivers Frigidaire Gallery appliances (about $2800 cheaper than the professional line). I catch the mistake, and it takes a month to get the correct appliances delivered to my home. When I try out the stove the flame is about a foot high on all burners. I was delivered a natural gas unit, and it should have been LP. A tech comes to replace the orifices. When he tells me he is done, I try all the burners, and they all looked properly except the broiler. He forgot to change that orifice in the broiler. 3 hours later that job is completed. Two weeks later I find the microwave is completely dead. Check the plug and there is power there. I call Fergusons and they give me the Frigidaire customer service phone number. I call Frigidaire customer service, and they set up another appliance dealer to come work on my microwave. About the only thing Fergusons got right was receiving payment for the appliances. Next time I will go to Best Buy. read more

We were trying to replace some old (circa 1950's) sideboard air registers and this folks were very helpful, very friendly. They were able to solve several of our problems, and point us in the right direction for trying to find replacements for the very oldest. Great attitude. read more

I did not have a great experience at this store. I was looking for faucets and lights for my bathroom. I walked in the front door and the lady behind the counter didn't even say hello. She said in a matter-of-fact voice, "Do you have an appointment?" I said, "No". She pointed to a sheet on the counter and said, "Sign your name right here and go ahead and look around." Excuse me! What happened to good customer service? Apparently since I wasn't "dressed to the nines" and ready to drop thousands of dollars, I wasn't worth her time. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

This is the third time I have visited this location and I have yet to receive any customer service help. I had called previously inquiring about a specific tub I would like to purchase and never received a call back. So, today I thought I would just go to the store to see if I could finally get an answer to my question. The lady at the desk went to ask one of the ladies sitting at a desk my question. The lady didn't come out to acknowledge us instead she just told the receptionist she didn't know anything about the tub off the top of her head. Aren't you a salesperson for Ferguson? Shouldn't you know or at least attempt to find out information for a customer. If I am going to spend $3000 plus for a tub, I want to know a bit about the product. That's ok I guess they don't need the business. I'll just keep my money and go somewhere else that provides better service. read more

We chose to go to Ferguson's in Greensboro, NC because of their wide selection but upon walking in the door was met with condescending attitude. We were asked immediately who the contractor was and checked to see if contractor's name was on "their" list. Upon not finding, it was as if we were not "elite" enough to be in their showroom. If Ferguson's is going to be a "members" only showroom then DON'T advertise open to the public. No one would help us find anything or guide us around because our contractor did not have an assigned rep. We did seek someone out once to ask a question and she literally remained sitting at her desk and pointed in a general direction. Lowe's or Home Depot may not have all the selection but at least they don't mind helping you. read more

We are very pleased with the quality and price of the new light fixtures purchased a Fergusons to update our 1998 kitchen and exterior lighting. I received excellent customer service from sales rep. Melissa Riddle and Antwan at the pick up desk. Melissa was very enthusiastic, efficient, knowledgeable and patient with my questions and when I changed my mind. Antwan was also very friendly, efficient and patient as he helped me twice with product exchanges and light bulbs. We were so happy with our experience we also ordered a new range. We did not previously know that Fergusons sells all kinds kitchen appliances but their price beat out 2 different big box stores on the GE induction range we purchased. The store delivered the fixtures and range and deliveries were handled very professionally by friendly guys. We have no regrets shopping at Fergusons! read more

First of all, HAVE AN APPOINTMENT if you are serious about purchasing or getting prices for plumbing, bath or lighting fixtures. With that being said, my husband and I visited the store on Friday, 8/18/17 after trying to call several times during the week to make an appointment, but no luck. Once we arrived and shared this information, we were met with a defensive receptionist that made some very unprofessional customer service remarks, as did the "showroom" manager. We were still able to browse the store. We pasted two consultants that were either doing paperwork or on the computer. Not only did these two ladies NOT look up from what they were doing, they didn't even acknowledge our presence!! After being in the construction business and working with customers for over 25 years, I certainly didn't expect this type of reception from this company. We were referred to this store by our contractor, but will not be back. read more
