I really question the sanitation of that place. The woman did a great job braiding my hair, but the sanitation was definitely off. You cannot dip your finger in a gel container and put it on somebody's scalp. That gel has been used with other clients. I rate this place 0 to 100 I give them a 40 when it comes to sanitation. I over 30 years and I just wanted to treat myself for my birthday.

I often had debilitating spasms for several days at a time. Mike initiated a plan of therapeutic massage, coupled with advise on various stretches and movements that could help avoid the spasms. Over the course of time the core problems diminished significantly, to the point that I now consider myself to be on a "maintenance" program. I rarely experience spasms now. Although I didn't initially realize what was happening, I eventually understood that in addition to physical treatment Mike was also helping me to think about some of the causes of stress in my life. During various sessions we discussed how to approach problems, and how subtle shifts in perspective can alleviate the pressure one places on oneself.
