I have been seeing Mike for over three years. My initial problems were largely related to stress and muscle tension, which greatly affected my back area. I often had debilitating spasms for several days at a time. Mike initiated a plan of therapeutic massage, coupled with advise on various stretches and movements that could help avoid the spasms. Over the course of time the core problems diminished significantly, to the point that I now consider myself to be on a "maintenance" program. I rarely experience spasms now. Although I didn't initially realize what was happening, I eventually understood that in addition to physical treatment Mike was also helping me to think about some of the causes of stress in my life. During various sessions we discussed how to approach problems, and how subtle shifts in perspective can alleviate the pressure one places on oneself. Mike and his practice has had a tremendous impact on my quality of life. I expect to continue this very successful routine for the foreseeable future! Also, Mike's wife Rhonda has a hair salon in the same studio. She does my haircuts and my wife uses her for her "styles". We depend on Rhonda to keep us looking good! read more

I wanted natural looking lashes, not glued on. The first set Erica applied looked like caterpillars. She offered to try another set but while removing them, the solution that removes the glue got into my eyes. Keep in mind I wasn't asked about any allergies and no waiver was signed which were red flags. No gloves were used and no hands washed. The next set of lashes were heavy and the glue weighed them down. At this point I just wanted out and she had started working on another client. Not surprising my own lashes started falling out a few days later and my eyes remained red for a number of days. Shame on me for not asking and just trusting these would be a professional lash application. The "salon" is not cozy or inviting and the music was bizarre and irritating. Chalk it up to $125 wasted.
