We have used Advanced for going on three years now. They are the BEST. We are on a bi-monthly schedule and they spray the perimeter of our house, clear away cobwebs, take care of any issues you may be having in your yard (like anthills), and will come inside to spray if you feel the need. What is great is that they use a green spray which is odorless and safe for my daughter to be around. They are extremely kind and great to work with and they will come back if needed - no questions asked. Now the big question, does it work? YES, and so well at that. I haven't had much experience with pest control companies but since buying a home I had to keep my termite bind. So I had a coupon in the mall from these guys and have them a ring. My experience from there was delightful. Katie is the receptionist and she is very helpful and sweet. She will answer any questions you have and shows enthusiasm during the entire call. I was happy to hear that they do 5 pm appointments, which most pest control companies do not offer. Unfortunately there was a minor scheduling conflict and Will, the technician, ended up calling and apologizing. His professionalism was refreshing and he he answered all of my questions and gave me quotes on the phone. Wonderful company! I contacted this company back when I lived in my apartment. I had found a palmetto bug in my sock drawer and freaked out since I was not from this state and thought I had an infestation. I called the company to see if they would come by my apartment and they instructed me on further steps to take to solve my issue. Then a few weeks later moved into a house and made sure that I contacted them to set up regular service. They came out just after I moved in and sprayed both the inside and outside of my house. The product that they used it worked wonderfully and I did not find any live roaches or other bugs in my house for a month and a half. When I finally did see a live bugs they came out the same day that I called to conduct a free service and re-spray my house. The woman that runs the reception desk/dispatch service that I talked to is wonderful and so is my bug spray guy that comes out to my house. They are kind courteous and professional. Advanced Termite not only offers shady contracts, but they also provide poor service. I STRONGLY advise you to pick a legitimate company that can afford to compensate you for repairs if/and when something goes wrong. We ended up having ground termites come up through our chimney and we were ignored several times by the owner (Mark) when asking for a phone call. They do the bare minimum to protect your property and then fight you when something goes wrong. Their service is the equivalent of going to Lowes and getting some termite spray and bait stations for a fraction of the price. Don't take my word for it. Do some research on their competitors like Ledford's and you will immediately see the difference. They missed termites in our inspection and they noted that their spray can cancel out their bait stations. What? Why would you use spray that renders your bait stations useless? On top of that, their bait stations are low-quality commercial grade and you are basically paying for a service that provides little to no protection. This company can't afford to compensate for their mistakes and they provide sloppy service at best. read more

If I have any sort of pest problem, I never hesitate to give them a call because I know they will respond quickly.
