The first time I was just dropping off a package (I had already printed the label from home) so it was easy and the staffers were eager and willing to help process the package and give me a tracking receipt. The next couple of times involved me coming with various packages in different levels of readiness. I purchased some packing tape and they actually helped me get the roll started (I have no nails). The store location is convenient to a ton of other businesses so you can knock out errands in one shopping complex. The parking lot does tend to be busy, so just be careful to your fellow humans/cars trying to go about the day.
