We needed a notary for a title signing. My husband contacted this company to ask questions about what services they offered and how it works. The conversation went so fast, that I made an order before I realized what I was happening. By the time I got off the phone, the order had moved so fast I struggled to catch up with buying my purchase. Not 5-10 minutes after hanging up, I realized that I did not need the notary at that moment because the purchase process needed more time. When I called to cancel the order, I was told he had already left and I would be charged for the entire service of $75 even with no service given. I said, ma'am, I literally just hung up, how is he so far gone, he can't be called back? I didn't expect free services nor want to take advantage of anyone but this was ridiculous and unnecessary. I mean that's the beauty of a cell phone if he indeed had really left and how close could he really be within 5-10 minutes. I didn't even mind paying a small fee for the initial order but to make me pay full price with no service rendered made me feel violated.
