I looked at my receipt upon leaving, and they charged me almost as much for the packing ($13) as for shipping ($16). It is my fault for not asking and not looking at my receipt earlier, but I will not use this UPS store again. I was also asked twice if I would like insurance. Again, I should've scrutinized more, but I feel like I was taking advantage of, and the upselling was a bit ridiculous.

Lakisha was very easy to work with. She was on time and very flexible in meeting, was very professional and knowledgeable, and after I realized I forgot a paper during our first meeting that required a notary signature, she met me the next day so I could meet a deadline for a home closing. Felt that even the time it took a simple signature, was not quick enough for her, and that Notary wanted to move on to the next job ASAP. Learning lesson for me- next time, I will request my own Notary for any business transactions. On flip side, if you enjoy that rushed feeling, and think that you can sign papers at the speed of lightening, and not feel like a direct client, this would be good one for you. Not for me and even though I directly wasnt paying for this service, I think its something to keep in mind, as it might reflect poorly on the company that is using this for their clients.
