Apparently, though, since my home was built in '76, my tank is deeper so I get to be charged more... to use a miniature backhoe that was already on the truck! I'll dig the hole next time (down to 2 stars). My septic field had a problem and Jason diagnosed it without me being able to provide m/any details at all and prescribed the fix... not just a simple pump, but not his fault (up to 4 stars). Bottom Line: If you're just needing a simple septic pump, probably another company that ONLY does pumping will do. Autry's seems to be really knowledgeable & carries a lot of overhead for MUCH bigger projects thereby bumping the price for small projects.
