I called Alex, the owner of Power Plumbing and he immediately came to our house to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a defective regulator value. He had the part expressed mailed and came out the following day (Saturday) and remedied the problem. I fully expected to pay him for his labor but he refused payment telling me that he stands behind his work. Now I ask how many plumbers would not charge for at least a service call! I might add I was very pleased with his initial install of the water heater that happened to be in my attic. He worked very skillfully to remove the old water tank through a very tight opening and replace it with the new one. I first called Brother's plumbing for an estimate and they were hundreds of dollars more expensive than what Alex charged. Everything about Power Plumbing in my opinion is A 1 professional. Also got a quote from another larger name plumbing and mechanical services company that was considerably higher in price. Went with McCoy's and Dylan was the plumber assigned with a helper. Dylan removed the two existing faucets and replaced the other trim. Two days later, he came back to install the new faucets. We found Dylan to be polite, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. The new faucets were installed on a Friday before a holiday. Late that day, i noticed minor leakage from both drain tailpipes. I contacted Dylan via text and he was on an emergency job and promised to correct the problem on Saturday morning, which he did. The joint between the sink drain and tailpipe just needed a little more putty. That solved the problem and we could not be happier with the final results of the entire job. I expect to be using McCoy's again for additional plumbing remodeling that we are planning.
