It caused significant damage and then they repaired it with lesser quality materials. I would avoid hiring E&E for any of your plumbing needs. On top of that, the main contractor had a delay in paying the invoice for E&E (despite receiving full on-time payment from me) so E&E reached out and told me they were processing the paperwork to put a lien on my property. They didn't adequately try to resolve the issue before involving me and creating additional unnecessary stress.

Since the change in management, the customer service level has dropped like a rock, and it has been nearly impossible to get through to them on the numerous phone numbers that seem to constantly change on the website. When you do get through by calling their personnel directly, they tell you they will have someone call you back, and never return your call. Turns out there's a reason for that. I just found out that they appear to have exited the residential business. I can appreciate a pivot in business focus where it makes sense, although it would have been great if they had let me know in the middle of winter so I could find another provider. Delayed refunds for services, not returning calls, etc., can destroy a brand and negatively impact the business going forward. At a minimum, it would be great if you could communicate the change in focus and connect us with other residential providers. I would not recommend this company.

Frankly he probably could have charged us quite a bit more as we were desperate, but he never took advantage of that situation. He was honorable, knowledgeable, responsible, and TRUSTWORTHY. Did great work! We now have an HVAC go-to contractor. I'm in my mid 50's and have dealt with my fair share of repairmen and contractors---and when you find someone THIS GOOD you want to shout it from the rooftops! He then said that since the units were so old he recommended both units be replaced and would have someone out to talk about units and financing. He left and never bothered to tell us that he had pulled the fuse box to the unit so we could have replaced it once the unit thawed. He also never returned the thermostats to their settings. Was without a/c for two days before another company could get out here to find the disconnected fuse. Checked all systems and they were fine. Total con job to try to get a commission. Extremely dissatisfied.
