We have used a couple of powdercoat companies in the past and have had mixed results. They were either very expensive or did an absolutely terrible job (and went out of business). So we followed a friend's recommendation and tried out Quality Powder Coating. The owner, David Lee was very friendly and helpful. He explained in detail what he will do to prep and finish. We dropped off the racks, hopeful to be riding soon with the new accessories. David called us when they were done, on time, and we picked them up. They looked awesome! The finish looks perfect and it was done for a reasonable price. I installed them on Kim's bike and she was thrilled. We will update if there are any later issues but I anticipate none due to Davids long time experience and the final product appearance. Will get further work done there without hesitation.

The sign he did for me is rusting under the powder coating. It can easily be seen since a clear powdercoat was used. See uploaded pics. This was observed by my customer after just a month. Now I have to make repairs and get it redone by a reputable company. I feel sorry for the other suckers who had work done with colored coatings. The rust will not be observable until it eventually comes through and the coating lifts, chips or peels off from underneath. He had a one year " guarantee " but that is useless since he quickly closed shop skipped town and moved to Pennsylvania. He does not answer any texts, he just took everyone's money and ran. If he opens shop again in Pennsylvania, beware. His work, ethics and promises are worth nothing. It appears from his Facebook page that he is going into other businesses as well. Buyer beware. He has shown himself to be untrustworthy, a liar and a fraud.

STAY AWAY!!! This lady is more crooked than my dog 's back leg!! I spoke with Morgan the owner over…read morea week ago about powder coating the front & rear chrome bumpers from my pickup truck. She told me to bring them in so I loaded them up and drove them there. They quoted me a price of $350-$400 for them to be done (which I felt was reasonable) so I left my parts with them. I asked about a lead time on getting them done and they said 7-10 days. I received a message to call them today (8 days after dropping them off) so I assumed they were done. When I called Morgan she was now saying she hadn't even started them and it would be several more days to get someone "look at them". Furthermore she now re-quoted me piece by piece and told me the price would now be $675!! That's almost DOUBLE the original quote. Further, she said because they are chrome she CAN'T GUARANTEE THIER WORK!! So I'm now supposed to pay a bunch of money with no reassurance of the quality of their work? Considering that there was a lady there in tears when I dropped off my parts because they ruined her antique claw foot tub they were hired to refinish I definitely would not trust them without a guarantee. I asked her why she kept them for 8 days before calling me and she got very angry and said "since you just wanna argue with me the price is $750... come get your parts!" This place is dishonest, rude, and had ZERO consideration for my time and fuel. Again, do yourself a favor and stay away...
