Every time I go see Joe, he gets all those muscles to release and gets me back into alignment so I can enjoy wonderful sleep again. Recently, I injured a muscle/tendon in my elbow from overextending stacking firewood. I was told by my doctor I needed a Cortisone shot, but I was reluctant to do that. After just one treatment with Joe working on that area, it's SO much better. With ice, heat, and a few more treatments I should be good as new. She is an incredibly intuitive healer, a real master of her technique. Her fascial release work is amazing. I have had chronic knots in my rhomboid/trapezius region for years due to an injury. Heather has fixed it. Her work is worth at least twice what she charges. If you have never tried Ashiatsu massage and you need a deep technique, I highly recommend trying it. My brain can't even understand anatomically what she's doing, but it doesn't matter because I melt into butter every time.
