We ordered milk shake, a smoothie and myself a latte. The cousins got their order right away while I still waited for the latte. Customers who were seated after us were served their coffees/lattes. We waited a few more minutes and inquired about my latte. She said it was coming. Moments passed and still no latte. I asked the family if it was because of my brown skin that the staff thought I was the Irish family's housekeeper?? Lol. I got up and inquired about it again. Mind you, everyone had finished their drinks before I received my latte. The latte was finally served with no apologies, no sugar and no biscuit. Can I say I felt discriminated? Yes I can!! They actually made a cappuccino. I removed half the foam and the latte tasted as if it was watered down. The family got up to pay and they were overcharged. They were unhappy and didn't want to stay any longer to question it cause we felt ignored. We all wanted to leave i. a hurry as the atmosphere was disappointing. If you're a brown or black person, don't bother going inside. They were unpleasant except for the female who sat us down as she was leaving her shift.

The staff were particularly attuned to the needs and wants of kids, I forgot to ask but they brought the kids meals out first (ALWAYS a good move) which meant the juniors were not waiting hungry and getting cranky - its a small detail but it makes life so much easier for everyone.
