My husband spotted an "Old Guys Rule" (his favorite t-shirt sentiment) quilt hanging on display and located the kit. I had never purchased a quilt kit, but he talked me into it. Fast forward to August this year. Due to shelter-in-place orders, I completed enough of my UFOs to start a new project. My husband has been anxious for "Old Guys Rule" to put it in the RV. Unfortunately, when I started cutting for it, I discovered that I was short 2 fabrics. (just needed inches more). I contacted the shop and owner, Susie, responded the next day. They no longer had either fabric in stock, but she did an exhaustive search of the neighboring quilt shops and found one of the fabrics I need. As it turns out she was not able to locate fabric to match my background, so she replaced the whole background fabric for me! I highly recommend this shop, not only do they have beautiful fabric and quilts, but great customer service.

They gossip amongst themselves constantly, including very rude comments about customers, seconds after they've walked out the door. I have overheard conversations about who is hooking up with whom, and graphic observations about people's personal hygiene. I can't imagine allowing such a culture in my own business. She assured me that if I had any issues to let them know by email and they would take care of it. Well when I got home from the fair that night I took the blanket out of the bag and laid it out on a bed and the blanket looks like it's been used or thrown on the floor or something. There are like dirt marks or some kind of other marks all over the blanket. I took pictures of the receipt the packaging and the blanket and sent it to All That Jazz on the website the night I got back like I said and I still haven't heard from them so I contacted them on their Facebook and I still haven't heard from them and I've contacted them a half a dozen times and still have not heard from them. All I wanted them to do was to offer an exchange and I would send them the one I got at the fair once I got the new one. But nobody's email me or anything. This is unacceptable. I've never had this problem with them before. I don't know what's happened to this company in the last year but just seems like things have gone downhill because they're not caring about their customers enough to get back to them when they have a concern or an issue.

We were participating in the shop hop that was in conjunction with the quilt show. Four in our…read moregroup. This was our first stop. It set the mood for a few of us. Two made no purchase, returned to car. I picked out a few pieces. The woman cutting fabric notched the selvage with a v before she tore it. I asked what the purpose was. Her reply was basically that I was still getting my yardage. I was not losing out. Sorry? I have seen fabric torn, my question was why the notch. I did not ask in an accusatory way. I was CURIOUS. My sister in law was at table behind me having fabric cut. We know that some stores have minimum cuts. She asked for 1/3yd. cuts, but they are only cutting 1/2 yds. Okay, that is fine, half yards. Except AFTER the woman cuts her ONE single piece of a particular fabric does she realize she has cut my sil a half yard of the sale fabric, which is only sold by the yard. But apparently that was my sil fault, and well 'I guess you will get away with that one' As if we knew that one was different? Honestly, we did not see one sign that said there was a minimum at all. I will say they also lost some money. My sil loves fabric. She left quite a bit behind. Not the most friendly shop in an area of very friendly shops.
