Yesterday my daughter and I went to pick up her bride's maid dress, which we had to order and put a…read morerush on. It is a beautiful dress and she was so excited to get it. But when we walked into the store and to the desk our feelings changed.. We stood there for 15 min. ( with 3 clerks behind the desk) , no one would look at us , ask if we needed help, or say hello!!! We were treated very rudely!!! Finally someone asked if we needed help, I told her that no one would help us, another lady looked at us and said " that she was busy , and could not help us". Finally we got the dress and tried it on and then went to pay for it and the same thing~~~ no one to help us..They finally came and took my money and we NEVER received an apology.... It would be very hard to ever go back there and Iam sure I never Will!!! In their ad they say they are committed to customer service ...what a joke!!!
