Isaac, the company rep I communicated with, patiently answered all my questions about fabric, print technique, delivery, etc. (I decided on sublimation to make my vibrant graphic really pop.) By Monday morning, I made the purchase and the shirts were delivered by courier on Tuesday afternoon. Isaac even emailed me a photo of the finished shirts just after they were printed and called me to confirm they were delivered later in the day. The quality looks amazing, the price was reasonable and the customer service during the whole transaction was superb. I highly recommend this print shop for custom shirts!

I decided on Prosigns because they were slightly cheaper than the other places around ( I found out why). I took my car in on Thursday July 30 and told Fernando that I needed it back by Sunday August 2 because I was going to be leaving town for a couple weeks. He told me that they should be able to finish the car by then. Fernando calls on Saturday and tells me that the car won't be finished until Monday. I ask what time on Monday, and the he proceeds to tell me that it actually won't be done probably until Wednesday. So I told him that I'd pick the car up when I got back into town, 3 weeks later. Fernando doesn't communicate with me or send pictures of the car for over a week, then the second week of August, I called several times to check the status of the car. Most calls went to voice mail, he finally picks up and tells me that it still is not done (3 weeks after I dropped it off with him) AND that they broke the back trunk handle of the car. 3 days before I get back in town to pick up the car, he runs my credit card for over $2000 without telling me! (Illegal) I get back the 3rd week of August to pick up the car and it is the absolute worst wrap job I've ever seen. The original paint is bleeding through several places, there are air bubbles, there are several awful patch jobs. He didn't even bother to wrap the trunk trim or the hood trim. Fernando isn't even on location the day I picked up the car (probably because he's so embarrassed on the crap job he did). I I drive home and hear rattling in the engine, I open the hood to find an exact knife lodged under the hood. I paid Prosigns over $4k for this and it is awful! Avoid this place at all costs!

Communicating with Roni herself via text messaging she was prompt and professional. I live out of state so it was great and reassuring working with Roni to get a final product. Roni's is easy to locate with lots of street parking out front. Upon entering she greeted my sibs and myself. First impression - it's a hot mess in here but there seems to be some type of mental organization! Lol. There were lots of rolled up posters and signs throughout the store and a couple of waiting chairs. The store is open so you can see the continued mess around the store and her work place. There were a couple errors done to the banner; misplaced grommet holes, the border had white on one side (see pic) and the letter G in congratulations was cut off on the bottom. The last mistake was easily overlooked because of the last minute request to enlarge the words and pressure of making sure it gets done in time for the graduation. Roni did offer to redo the banner but my sibs and I agreed that it didn't matter too much to us except the grommet holes because we needed it in the right place to hang the banner. Cool note- Roni can make a banner in 30minutes. Overall, we were happy and FYI those mistakes weren't even noticeable to the public. Also the gloss finish on the banner gave it that high quality look.
