In a valley full of car washes I just want to go somewhere cheap and easy. No person trying make me 'join a membership' or 'download this app for points' and so on, this place would be nice. However, you need to update your card reader. I tried the drive thru wash (both of them) and it wouldn't take my card. I gave up and left. read more

I am not local to the area and I wasn't sure where to get my truck washed so I called and was greeted by Mitch who was extremely friendly and helpful! When I got there he was waiting because k stated I was on my way. After the wash he personally came over along his employee to help dry my truck and was very generous with his products to help me get my truck sparkling clean. I finally asked if he was the owner because a lot of times in business the owner isn't hands on if even present on the job. He was great at suggesting local places to grab a bite when I asked. Seriously one of the kindest humans I have ever met! I highly suggest getting your vehicle washed here! Customer service was above and beyond and it's clear he very much values customer care and offering a great service! 5 stars all the way!! Next time I am up this way I will be returning. I do not like to use brushes on my truck's paint but these guys have a touchless wash that has a forced air dryer. Most important for me is that I can fit my full size Ram truck that has a 2 inch leveling kit. It's a tight fit, but it fits. There are not many touch free car washes that can accommodate a 7 foot clear height. For a while I had a Quick Quack membership but the brushes leave small scratches and swilrs in the paint. Occasionally these guys have my preferred bay closed off but when I am able to go thru there is always copius amounts of suds and bubbles. read more

For at least the last ten years this has been my car wash of choice in Sandy, as I was able to wash (soap, "hot" rinse, spotless) my Honda sedan for $3 without having to hurry before the time ran out. No more -- went there in early June and found it took $4-5 for the same amount of time. Don't know if the place was sold and the new owner needs ways to recover costs, or if the owner's the same and inflation has necessitated a cost increase/time decrease. Don't know if I'll continue going to WMOS. read more

I went to wash my car and I slay my credit card two times it say the can't read my car so I stop I was not able to wash my car so I left then I found out the charge me 2.95 in my card I try to call and nobody unwers what kind of business is that. read more

I came to use the touchless automatic car wash and was disappointed that the door didn't open until AFTER I paid so I couldn't determine if my wheels would fit. I paid for the best car wash and left with NO car wash. There should be something to make sure your wheels will fit. The website provides no information for someone to contact to get a refund. Very disappointed. read more

The shampoo/spot cleaner machine doesn't work, but it does take your money! I started using the brush (while pressing the button to dispense the foam,) and all it did was make my car dirtier because of all the grime build up. Thanks a lot. read more

I think this may be the best automatic car wash I've ever been to. The soft touch wash really does a great job. Lots of brushes and numerous passes over my truck resulted in a very clean vehicle. Also very thorough spot free rinse and dryers. read more

Another wand-style, another one in need of refreshing. This one has some appropriate selections, but the temperature for the hot water was pretty low and there was no wax at all available, which made that setting another tepid rinse, after the 2 tepid rinses the car had already had. Soap is a bit on the mild side and the brush wasn't as helpful as it should have been. Definitely below part, but still needed either a much better wash or a hand wash later. I guess I would call it more stopgap than anything. read more

Normally I use this car wash as a quick rinse off from the snow and salt. In the past I would give it 3 to 4 stars because it's okay. Today however, the card reader machine had issues and both of the dryers in the soft touch bay were not moving and were basically useless. Tempted to call and get a refund. read more

I've been looking for a good winter wash station. Having roof racks my options are limited. But today I hit gold! Not only was it touchless, it had the undercarriage wash too?! Silly things to be excited about but it's been a long time coming. Additionally it's suuuuper cheap! $10 for the "highest" wash. It did an incredible job. I didn't take advantage of the free vacuum (with my purchase). I'll be back!!! read more

I love this car wash. It's cheap, makes my car clean and dry in minutes without hassle and it even washes the bottom (my mechanic asked me to wash the bottom) The first time I wasn't sure how to use it on the touchless side and I've had to call them. They answered and guided me thru with excellent customer service. I go there every month now! read more

I have been coming to the car wash since it was originally opened many years ago. It was the best car wash in the sandy area. But, in the last several years it has been going down hill fast. I believe it has changed hands several times. Issues I have experienced: Charged $30.00 on my credit card for a $10.00 car wash. Touch less wash constantly closed during normal hours. Card readers not working Touchless wash does not clean right side of car correctly. Leaves soap on car when done. It seems there is no maintenance being done on the car wash. Yet I kept going back because of convenience. This post is in hopes that the owners will actually do the right thing and get this car wash back to what it originally was. Which was an awesome car wash! read more

I can ditto the other reviewers high praise for this car wash (I've been coming there for 8+ years), but I wanted to note their great customer service also! I had a little incident that required me to give them a call and they worked with me even though technically it was partially my fault. I was in town from Las Vegas Aug2018 for an adoption and supporting me mother who has stage 4 lymphoma cancer. I decided to wash my car thru the touch less auto wash. My Jaguar came out with non-removable spot damage from where the first initial spray hit my vehicle on each of the side view mirror areas. Damage was on my rear view mirrors along with my window chrome trimming. The on site employee tried for 30mins to remove the spotting and it wouldn't come off. The employee then called the owner LeAnne Chapman who asked me to send her photos and reassured that she would make it right not to worry. I received several repair quotes and sent them to Mrs Chapman. The service tech for this establishment along with the owner are trying to state prior hard water damage. This claim is 100% untrue my vehicle since purchased has always been garaged and dealership maintenance. It is now Dec2018 and I still haven't heard back from the owner with a solution. I will be reporting this establishment to BBB. read more
