There is a rider attached to the end of the lease since I negotiated with you for a 6 month rather than year lease. I have all relevant documentation. Please see photo below and return my money. Please keep better track of the details as it's your responsibility as landlords. I've been unemployed due to covid and NOBODY should have to chase you down for 6 months during a pandemic to have their money refunded. I sent you an email with my new address. Please make sure you mail it to the right place. I'd rather not have to take you to small claims court but have all necessary documentation and will do so. For anyone considering renting from here, the spaces are decent but the ventilation is horrible in case you're a painter. Staff is really nice but there are some issues with the building and obvious disorganization by the management. Do yourselves a favor and don't pay your last month's rent and avoid the issue I'm having.

There are differant musicians who also can not work on their music because the wall in room is thin so you hear music from 3 rooms down. I had 3 musicians rent from my recording booth and had to refund them due to loud music coming in from all angles in other rooms. We also experienced a harsh winter with no sustainable heat or ventilation into rooms. Don't make same mistake I have, my lease couldn't end quick enough. Music is my life.
