I went to the courtroom regardless and discovered that he was not there but had sent a junior attorney from his office to go before the judge. The junior attorney did a horrible job and the case was thrown out. I called Hendershot afterwards and he was in his office. He never even bothered to go to the courtroom and did not seem bothered by the fact that the case had been thrown out. I would not trust this guy or anyone who he employs to represent you.
