After freaking out for several hours trying to figure out how I had gone 7 months without being told my account was closed, I received a call letting me know that my account had not been closed but that my cousins had. Every time I called in they got me confused with him. Our names are not similar. They are very unprofessional and mistaken identity will get your account closed.
