This was around 2012. She ordered an xray. Saw nothing and said it was all in my head. As time went on, after asking her for help over and over. I finally switched dr. I got an MRI. Yes, my back was bad then. Now, I walk with a cane and sometimes on a mobility scooter. I'm on SSDI for my back and 100% rated with the va. Many herniated and ruptured discs later, I'm a broken down old man at 52 years old. All because she refused to order an MRI. See she has back problems and is a gatekeeper. If you aren't as bad as she is, you are fine in her mind. I would not take a dog to her with a cold.

I guess this is a recurring theme in Memphis.. medical offices forgetting about patients even after they check in and get their BP taken. This is the 2nd time this has happened in a week now, just this time it's the VA. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They also gave him capcasin cream for his severe knee deterioration from his deployments... icy hot for knees... for a veteran.... This is the type of care they give the people who fight to protect us. Disgusting.

During my last visit, I had to bring in both of my kids. One child had a chronic cough and the other was experiencing severe ear issues. The NP who assisted was really delightful, was very attentive to kids and did a great job of keeping me informed. She also had really great bedside manner, some of the best I've ever seen. I really like this facility because of their expertise and proximity to Methodist Germantown in the event that something else is needed that is outside of their scope of practice at the facility.

The staff was professional, efficient, and kind. Staff explained the reasons for and actions I received at each step and what I could expect at the next one. My nurses, Andrew H. and Brandi, took exceptionally good care of me. It was necessary for me to have CAT scans and the technician in that area answered my questions patiently and accurately. Dr. McClinton, the attending physician, was prompt and ensured I understood my diagnosis, test results, and aftercare. I had an exceptional experience at Methodist South and I appreciate the professional staff who made it so.

In this group of Primary Care Givers is a Dr. Todd Motley. He is the primary care giver for mostly…read morethe elderly. A relative of mine is one of his patients. My relative is 91. In all of his appointments with Dr. Motely, he has spent the better of 4-5 hours waiting to be seen. As most of the patients do as well. There is no reason an elderly person should have to wait in an office to see a Dr for that length of time. There are no snacks, water or any of the things in the office that are necessary for the elderly to partake of. Many are on medication and while waiting cannot take their medication until after they leave. In dealing with my relative, there is a lot that has to take place to get the patient to the Dr's office because, you know, elderly people need time to get themselves together in order to get to the office. My overall experience in being with my relative during his appointments is nothing short of completely waisted days.

But I started to have doubts closer to my appointment because of poor customer service. So, I canceled my appointment and was back to square one. Then I found MMG- Sanderlin. Thankfully, they took new patients. I checked in and I was called in a little over 5 minutes later. The staff were generous: Andrea, Nurse Practitioner Amanda Lee, and Lynda. They were respectful and answered my questions that I had. I was done within an hour. I enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this place.

I have been left on hold and no one came back, given miss information and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. They are overly polite but sadly, lacking in good customer service. Once I got to the security window, telling them I needed to be seen, I checked in, filled out a form and in about ten minutes Tasha, RN triaged me. I had bloodwork and an EKG done, then I was seen by the NP, Towana Hicks who had my x-ray done in the room, a breathing treatment ordered, along with more meds. I can't complain about any care I got. I went in, gave them my identification and insurance information. I was given a clipboard with paperwork to complete my profile. By the time I was done, they had already verified my insurance and I was ready to be seen. The medical technician took me over to their area and prepped me for my shot. After that it was over. I was there for a total of 10 minutes. There wasn't a wait time at all. Everyone was attentive and kind. I would definitely go back if needed in the future.
