It's barely been a year and they're in awful shape. The cabinets are out of alignment and each time I open them, I'm afraid that the handle is going to rip off the door. We provided them with the door hardware and the "design" they provided didn't take into account the wine fridge handles. Because of this, we're unable to open one of the drawers all the way. Our previous cabinets were from Home Depot and their quality was far superior than theirs. Just know that you get what you pay for with their inexpensive cabinets. I can't speak for the quality of their other cabinets, but I'd suggest staying away from their inexpensive options.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH !…read more How do I start? In lateJune 2019 I met wIth Nika to start designing my kitchen and bath renovations. It is now January 2020 and my kitchen is still not finished due to iCabinets many their parent company MTD, manufactures of the cabinets. I'll just list the problems since there are so many: 1. Initial order incomplete missing parts, holes drilled in wrong places, hinges were not correct ones. Had to drive 3 hours to LA to get the correct hinges. Arrived home only to find Got home and they were still not right. Unreal. 2. My contractor hired a cabinet installer with 25 yEars experience and he had problems from the very first cabinet. 3. I Received doors and panels four times that were incorrect. Company sent out their employee with wrong parts again. 4 Reps from the manufactures of the hinges and draw glides, , Blum came out to see why drawers would not open and close property. It was determined that in the design stage they choose the wrong type glides for the application. 5 A total of 4 employees over 3 months came out to try to fix the problems with wrong holes drilled in cabinets, twice bringing replacements that were still wrong. 6. I had to drive 2 hours to LA to pick up parts that were forgotten. Twice using my time and gas. The biggest problem was as they sent replacement pieces,and I noticed they were not the correct color white I had ordered. It was determined that they sent the initial Cabinets to me that were not what I ordered. They were a lesser quality and the color was wrong. It was not discovered until after the cabinets were installed. I had to have an entire order of cabinets sent out and installed a second time. At my expense. I could go on and on. The bottom line is that they did not show any signs of concern , and there was never an apology, they did not take responsibility for their mistakes, and never apologized for all of the aggravation this process caused me. I was made to feel like It was my fault. My kitchen was finally finished in February, 2020. and I still have a garage full of extra doors and panels. UPDATE: The contractor who did my job showed me another job he had just finished, when I saw the kitchen cabinets were not complete. I looked at him and said I -cabinets? He said yes but never again. I found out Nika no longer works for the company, and they are still making mistakes for other customers. I write this to let others know my saga. It's you're decision to use them or not, but you have been warned. Save yourself aggravation and unpleasant dealings and go elsewhere. What should have been a fun and exciting experience turned into a horror I'm reminded of everything I open a cabinet.
