My wife and I were in the process of moving and stopped in while trying to choose carpet for a house that we were selling in another state. Knowing this, the folks there still took time to make sure we understood what we were doing, what we were working with and provided us a good amount of information on what we should look for / what to do with getting new carpeting. Scott was gone but Jeff" helped us". I had some rough measurements and was inquiring what a ballpark figure may be. He didn't know the price and had to call another store, promising to call me back later that day with a rough estimate. He was very flip and when I said I really didn't want to schedule the work without knowing the price, he sort of blew us off and said there were other places. Both gentlemen complained how overwhelmed they were and when I asked if this was too small of a job for them they both said no. Now it's Sunday... I did one follow up call yesterday which went to voice mail. My Mother is disappointed, we wanted to schedule to have her flooring. I will drive to her house again this week and go to another place. I was in business for 40+ years, not able to accept new clients for the past 10. I always returned calls and tried to refer clients to someone else. I would never return to Carpetland in Oshkosh. Poor attitudes, poor service and not reliable.
