After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one. They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first. It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job. The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh. After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing. Will most certainly be using them again.

The previous owners were supposed to get the house professionally cleaned and they said they did but it never looked like it. After Guillermo finished, our carpet doesn't even look the same at all anymore. My husband was sure they had just switched it out with new carpet.
