When he got to my door (7-29-2025) he said to me I've talked to a lot of people, "what is the reason for this call??? 1st red flag! The equipment he said he had was not with him!! His partner that was with had to return alone with 2 different moisture meters 0ne for walls and one for carpet. Marcus did not write anything down, took one picture on my phone showing the meter reading against the wall had moisture. He also said they have nothing to detect anything but moisture, not what Chris bragged about over the phone! When I called back today (7-31-2025) Chris became rude didn't want to do invoice, quoted $350, originally quoted $225 ! He said they were too busy for that! I don't believe they are licensed or bonded. He must have paid for those 3 five star reviews. Stay away from this so called company!
