Dirty work environment and unsanitary working conditions. Rats and cockroaches infested kitchen and restrooms, no direct deposit, shady pricing is based on what a customer "looks like they can afford". This place lured me in with false promises and after the first month I had to run for the hills. Everything I was promised up front was avoided in topic once I "took the bait". I will be taking all of my clients going forward to El paso after having an inside view and experience with this place. Customers need better in Las cruces. Unfortunately places like this seem to survive and continue to do poor business and rake locals. Besides being dirty in practice of business the work environment is deplorable and unsanitary. No one seems to mind the rotten food or the rats and cockroaches. Your flooring is stored here. Then they bring it to your home. Think about that one for a minute. read more

They install the carpet me about eight months ago on my exterior rooftop and stairs. After the rain it was apparent that the new carpet Was put down over old rotten wood. The installer was careless. And the water from the heavy rains was coming into my storage shed under the staircase. I called and told them And Chris had the stairs Carpet taken out and replaced for free. Outstanding service from the team of Chris Todd, Georgette, Barbara, and Norman. I needed to replace my carpet with wood plank looking tile. Chris picked out the perfect tile, and came to the house to confirm I was happy with the choice and it blended in with the rest of the house. The installers were professional and do great work, and cleaned after themselves. The whole works! Then Georgette called and apologized for a shortage in tile to finish the job and in the meantime I ordered more tile to finish all the bedrooms as I loved it so much! We needed the carpets replaced in our rental home in Las Cruces. We were only going to be in town a few days, and Malooly's was able to schedule an estimate on short notice. Billy came out to the house and within 15 minutes he provided the estimate and we felt the price was very reasonable. So reasonable in fact that we decided to go ahead and do the last two bedrooms, so Malooly's replaced all the carpet in our home. I'd be surprised if the big box stores can match their prices much less the service. I dropped by the showroom to see some of the carpet they already had in stock, picked it out, and they completed the work just a few days later. The work looked great and the whole process from scheduling the estimate to work complete was only a week! We were very impressed with the level of service, reasonable prices, quick completion, and quality of work! We'd highly recommend Malooly's to anyone needing carpet in the Las Cruces area! read more

Can you ask for more than reasonable prices, awesome customer service, quality products, and skilled installers who clean up after themselves! I truly don't think so - which is why Malooly's is now our "GO TO" resource for all our carpeting and floor needs. (We own four rental homes as well as our primary residence.) This was our first experience with Malooly's (they came highly recommended to us), and we were absolutely thrilled to be able to work with Barbara. Our 1,920 sq. ft. Sonoma Ranch rental home badly needed updating and upgrading, and Barbara was incredibly hands-on in assisting us in our decision making and all the way through to the installation process. When we cited our concern about pet accidents, she suggested the moisture barrier underpad which we had never heard of previously. This was a great feature and well warranted in a rental which allows pets. We did a combination of carpeting with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planks) and the outcome is absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier with the finished look which gave new life to our fourteen year old home and made it a much more desirable product that stands out in the local rental market. We are having a home built in Las Cruces. Bill at Malooly's was the most knowledgeable salesperson of the 4 flooring stores we visited in Las Cruces. I had done enough research on carpeting to know the quality that I wanted. Bill showed us several brands. He knew the face weight of each and the twist number. Only one other store knew the face weight, the other 2 said they would get back to us and never did. The 3 other store didn't know the twist number. The 3 other flooring stores showed us the 8 pound and closed cell with moisture barrier underpads. Bill was the only salesperson to put a square of each underpad on the floor, then an identical piece of carpeting on each, and have us walk on them to feel the difference. The closed cell had much more cushioning. Bill was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked if we wanted samples of the colors we liked and had them mailed to us from the manufacturer. I highly recommend Bill and Malooly's. The carpeting won't be installed for a few months and I will update this review then, but I don't anticipate any change in their service. read more
