Justin can't even read the instructions on the product. A floor with good durability needs either…read morea seal coat plus two finish coats, or three finish coats. I called and talked to the technical support for the product they used (Absco Pro Select Satin). It was confirmed that Justin cut corners. You can see that three coats is the industry standard by doing a quick Google search, or by visiting the National Wood Floor Association website. Yes the floor looks good, but it will not last like it should. I am missing a layer of protection on my floor. I had to get another flooring company come finish the job correctly. Justin wanted to charge me more money to do it right. I already paid more than it should be because he has a minimum charge. I was happy to pay a minimum, but thought I would get a professional job. He told me it would last if I don't wear shoes on my floor or let my dogs walk on it. They certainly won't be doing the floors in my new addition! He also demands payment before the job is complete. The guys weren't even on site and he was there to do a "final" walk thru after the first coat. Best to look elsewhere for your flooring needs

We have had a calamity of events and Garage Experts saved the day. First, we had a giant wooden…read moredeck that was over 30 years old all the way across the back of the house. We were spending a thousand dollars each summer replacing boards that were rotten. We had many great boards and I offered the wood to a gentleman if he would remove the deck. He said he would do it. He tore up our deck, took a few boards and left us with a giant mess. It cost us $500 to get someone else to come remove the boards. Then we hired a person to lay a concrete patio for us. We showed him our neighbors beautiful stamped concrete patio and he said he could easily do that and stain it the color we wanted. He charged us two arms and a leg and worked at night. It was cold and we did not go out and look at his progress each evening. When he was done, it looked my husband and I had attempted a bad do-it-yourself project and failed. It was embarrassing. We had already spent so much money and now we had something we did not want to let anyone see. We called Steve at Garage Experts and he came out and looked at it and worked with us to come up with a plan to cover up the horrible work. They ground it down even (which it wasn't) and even fixed a dangerous step the "mason" had built and then covered it with a beautiful epoxy with charcoal flakes. Steve's son and helper were amazing and made sure we loved the work before they left. We cannot thank Garage Experts of Kansas City enough. We can't wait to move our patio furniture back onto the area and to start enjoying our back yard again. We highly recommend them. The pictures do not do it justice. My neighbors have even come over to comment on how great it looks.

They hire local independent contractors. We were assigned to VJ Ingracia LLC, owned by Jim Ingracia. His crew who included a man by the name of Beto, came out. They worked non-stop from 10:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. without complaint. They worked HARD, too! Super nice guys with an unbelievable work ethic! From the first inlayed board until the last, every one was set with precision. As you can see, our floors are now BEAUTIFUL! They fitted five of our largest rooms and all of our closets. All were done in a single day. Unbelievable! So my advice to you is that if you want flooring put in the right way, go nowhere else! Call them on 816-499-2991.
