We visited a number of floor companies when we had to replace our kitchen floor after our dishwasher leaked. Carpet Heritage stood out among them all. Joe was great! He listened to our needs and desires and provided useful information and suggestions. We decided to go with a Mannington ADURAMax luxury vinyl tile and brought home a number of samples. Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to made sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and left the work site clean each day they were there. They did a beautiful job installing the tile! An added bonus is that our floor no longer squeaks. We plan on getting new carpeting in our family room and will definitely be using Carpet Heritage for that and for all of our future flooring needs. It was a very positive experience! read more

Prior to closing Carpet Heritage, i researched LVP flooring, and knew that I wanted Mannington Audra Max. Carpet Heritage had lots of samples on display, and happily allowed me to bring several home for a few days so that I can see how the flooring would look in my house. After several weeks of bringing home samples, my wife and I decided on the color and style we wanted. The owner of Carpet Heritage, Joe, was not only patient, but fully supportive of the process. I've been a homeowner for a long time, and I've had flooring projects done before. I've learned that installation quality is even more important than the product. The owner of the store, Joe, did the measuring himself. This is not typical. As part of the project, all of the baseboards were replaced. At my request, they delivered them a few days before the project started so that I could paint them before they were installed. .I really appreciated that. The installers went above and beyond. They re hammered all squeaky areas of my floor, and in one uneven area of the floor they picked up the plywood and shaved down the 2x6 underneath to level the floor. They stained shoe mounding to match my kitchen cabinets and built in book cases in my living room. I could go on. Needless to say, the installation exceeded my expectations. For both the purchasing experience and installation, I consider Carpet Heritage to be the standard by which other flooring businesses should be judged. read more

He truly understood what I went through with the previous company & assured me it would be a positive experience. He wasn't kidding. From picking out our new LVT floor to the installation. When I called, I was greeted by a very friendly voice, that of Joe. I explained that I'd like some carpet replaced and I already have a piece lying around, so I'm only interested in installation services. Then I asked about warranty. Joe went ballistic. At first he said I was kidding, right? I said no, this is a question I have to ask. He said I was being ridiculous because I'm not buying carpet from him so he's just going to install it, and that's it. I said I'm not expecting any warranty on the carpet but if it is ridiculous to ask for warranty on the workmanship, then we can't do business.
