Huge Huge HUGE selection. And, there's more 'in the back' so if you see something you like but need it in a different size they may have it on hand, so ask. I found the staff extremely helpful- even after I told them I was there for a remnant or supersale mark down for a basement. I take in dogs, and they're not all housebroken when I get them, so whatever goes on the floor, i want to be able to throw it out in a year without feeling bad. I was not a high end buyer, but they treated me like one. I didn't find a really cheap POS for the basement (i was really hoping for some god aweful pattern they were stuck with, but no luck), but I did find a great 8x10 rug for my diningroom that I was really excited about. Not at all what I went for. I have wanted to paint my house for a while in cool greys and pale blues you see in all the magazines, but between my warm wood toned furniture and terracotta tiles, it would never work- UNTIL I FOUND THIS RUG. I've been looking for years to find something to suit my traditional style that could bring in the warm clay tones with the blues and greys I wanted. I am so thrilled. They rolled it up and brought it out to my car. I was concerned it wouldn't fit, but I could have gone even larger becasue they re-rolled it the short way. Even if it didn't fit, they would have tied it to the roof for me. I loved this place. I could have spent all day here. The prices are reasonable, the rugs middle of the road good quality- no $20,000 hand woven stuff, but a lot of good quality at reasonable prices in the $200- $500 range. Not a lot of junk/low quality, if you're looking to spend under $100, you're pretty much out of luck for anything much bigger than a bath mat. read more

Do not order carpet online , go here first !!!!! I would've saved myself a lot of grief if I just walked in here to get the large area carpet I needed my home . They also install wall to wall and have linoleum too . Great quality here with nice staff . Walked out with a super plush bound remnant for a very good price . Excellent customer service and the selection of carpet and all sizes of remnants are endless - I'm going back to get special cut pieces for our living room , their prices are that good. read more

We were looking for an 9x12 area rug (they have 9x13 as well) and didn't want to order it online from the big box store. Glad we came here and we found something we want and it's within our $300 budget. The selection is pretty good. A bunch of 9x12 and 8x10 area rug plus more. There are some plain carpets at reasonable prices. The staff is very nice & helpful. We decided to get a rug pad to go along with the rug which is an excellent idea if you have hardwood floors. Overall, it's worth a visit if you are considering getting an area rug or carpet for your home. You might just come across a rug you are looking for. read more

I have done business with this company for 30 years and have always been very pleased. I was a decorator and used Carpet Mill with my clients. Many years later I have used their service for personal use usually driving many miles just because I knew they would have what I needed and they were always helpful. Their prices are very reasonable their selection extensive, and their knowledge of sizing, measuring, and textile knowledge is exceptional. They also do a neat, professional job of binding carpet or cutting unusual sizes. They do not hover or pressure and I always feel I have received excellent service for the cost of the products I have purchased. read more

This place sells cheap carpet. Ken is nice when you meet him then shows his true colors, he is very nasty. The carpet they showed me was not the carpet they installed. The installer Robert who came to my home gave me his card and told me to buy carpet else where because they sell cheap carpet here. He also told me that he will pick up the carpet for me and install it. He never shows up. Beware! read more

You have to take this place for what its. They buy from factorys and warehouse and give you the best price. You might walk in on Monday and not see anything you like but come back Wednesday and theres all kinds of new stuff. That bieng said I have used this place 3 times already. The prices are excellent, the employees are friendly and more than helpful and they always have something in like. I stopped in on a Sunday morning to find outdoor carpeting for the dock at my marina. The store was fairly busy when I arrived, but I was still greeted by an employee at the door who asked what I was looking for. When I told him, he told me the person who handles outdoor carpeting was with another customer and would be with me in a moment, but meanwhile, he took me to the section and began showing me the merchandise. He stayed with me until the lady from that section came. I told her the dimensions that I needed. It was too big for one cut, but she did the math, figured out another way I could do it, and gave me her diagram to use when I was ready to install it. I paid $200 for a 4'x21' area and a 15'x6' area, which seemed like a competitive price. The lady told be the guys in the back would cut it for me and to back up to the loading dock. They came out, jumped in the bed of my truck, and tied all of the carpeting down for me. The overall experience was phenomenal with regards to the service. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 stars are because they had a relatively small selection of outdoor carpeting, but I was still able to find a general color and type of carpeting that I was looking for. In fairness, I would imagine the limited selection is probably due to a lack of demand for it. Even though I specified what sizes I needed, they gave me standard sized cuts. It would've been a little better if they would cut it to your specs, since they have the equipment and it would take them 2 minutes. Instead, I spent a solid 5 hours at the marina trying to cut it all by hand and piece everything together. The service was great and the quality of the merchandise seems great so far as well. read more

Installed the product incorrectly and will not honor correcting it. When I notified them of the issue it took weeks to coordinate someone coming to inspect. When they came out they removed the floor and said I had to call a contractor to correct the sub floor (not sure why that wasn't identified that the first time). I called 2 contractors and they both agree the sub-floor is acceptable. I called CMO and they still have not laid the new floor. As of now they have my money and I have no floor, still walking on plastic. read more

I know must one star reviews are spiteful and hateful based on a bad experience and I don't want my review to come off that way but I know it may so I apologize for that in advance. Let's just say that my request for the size of the rug I needed was a little unusual and that lead to the rug being cut too long. When I noticed the rug was the wrong size as they gave it to me, I expressed that that we had to have had a mis-communication. The manager, as well as the rest of the staff, blamed me for the mistake. I was willing to accept some of the blame by not being as clear as I should have, but the fact that they had five people to tell me it was my mistake and I telling my I was lying was over the line. Not only did I have to eat the cost for the extra rug, to add insult to injury, while cutting the rug to the right size they mumbled to each other how stupid my rug request was in the first place. So let me just say if you use this place, please be very clear, though if they do mess up, it will be your fault. I do have to say that the young guy how gave me the rug at the end was nice and apologized, the fact that manage or the sales lady who helped me didn't even say anything to me before I left shows me what kind for company they are. read more
