The carpets were left soaked--completely drenched--and nothing looked clean. Now I have to pay another company to extract the excess water. To make matters worse, the technician dumped a large amount of dirty, foul smelling water in my driveway. My driveway and the front of my home now smell like sewage, which is unacceptable and has created an additional problem I have to resolve. Update: After speaking with the manager, I was told that because I posted a Google review, they will not refund me or resolve the damage their technician caused. She used her meter and was able to detect water in the walls, everywhere - even in other parts of the house which were not affected - just for future reference. I thought an animal underneath the house chewed through the pipe and caused everything. She said if that had happened, I would see a problem with water pressure from faucets.
