Extensive soot and smoke damages to our possessions and inside of house had to be rebuilt. We decided not to clean all the furniture except certain items. That was to be done and placed into a POD we had. That furniture is not close to clean. We kept finding the house unlocked. People were stealing our things at night, dragging them out to the lanai which had huge holes cut into the screens. I had to tell Bill several times to lock up. I would find our things in the lanai unsecured. The items they packed for us were not wrapped in packing paper, they had used our old clothes instead. The dumpster truck did some damage to our driveway and we never were reimbursed for it. We trusted them with our personal possessions and they were well paid for their work. When they read another feedback I wrote they called me MF on the phone. We cannot recommend Wilco.

This company is anything but professional. When confronted with the job not done they wanted to charge me more. They overcharged for service that didn't make mathematical sense. They brought in dirty dehumidifiers into my home causing my family and I to get sick, and then victim blamed saying my home was dirty, even though I have proof my home was dust free! They tell you what you want to hear them wreck your home. Please do not hire. They only care about money and not protecting you or your home. Edit; The owner is saying my claims are untrue. That's why I posted pictures so you can see for yourself! They'll leave your home in a mess and destroy your home. They will claim you make up allegations and refuse to acknowledgment of any wrong doing or damages. Pictures tell the story and I wish I could post all of them. The first picture is my carpet, brand new home, has a white wash where they spilled paint and poorly attempted to clean it, let's not forget they removed the wrong wall in remediation and over charged me for 2000sf of insulation removal but to return the same volume was 1000sf! Oh and they punctured the water lines while stapling the plastic up to the wall, so when we got home, the main water was turned on and it poured into my exposed bathroom wall! They claimed I never let them know about incomplete work yet the date of that message shows that I contacted them, followed up by a phone call. They also tried 2 times to manipulate the post remediation testing by leaving air scrubbers running and attempting to return to my home, which we weren't here for the entire remediation, to turn off the machine right before the mold testing company arrived. The list of dirty laundry and why you should avoid this company is continuous! They're also disputing and trying to remove my reviews! Too bad she can't pull it off of here. Heed warning, go with a bigger company that cares.
