The guy cleaning our carpets arrived right on time. Price was decent compared to what I was expecting. My only complaint is my rugs still smell a little bit like dog (I just bought my home) but I think it's just that the previous owner NEVER vacuumed. I am really happy with the clean carpets I now have in my apartment! I had scheduled an appointment and was given a 2 hour window for their arrival - arrived within the window, he came in to see the carpet prior to bringing anything in to the apartment. I felt that he took the time & listened. He did a great job and the carpet (light color) looks great! On a personal note, I have a large Labrador & he took a few minutes with the dog who was a little fired up that someone "new" was here! He even had a dog cookie! Steam Clean my Carpets came in with their top notch cleaning equipment. They left my carpets plush and looking new and I had many stains from toddler juice spills and messy cats. I was so happy, that I called them back to clean my tile and grout. The grout has never been cleaned and to my amazement, I found out that my grout was actually white, not almost black. Called them to have my carpets steamed cleaned cause got a puppy about a month ago. Tommy was on time and great. Explained to us about staining and "wicking" where the stains can come back up if it's in the pad. He also advised us how to slow down that process. Five stars for them. I like that the owner does the work rather than an employee. Ellen came out in person to our house in Lake Mary, helped move our furniture out of the way and did an excellent job on our carpets. No complaints at all. But the best job they did was on some area rugs that had some pet stains all over them. We didn't even realize the stains were there until we were about to move out so they were sunken into the rugs deep. I was actually hesitant to have anybody take the rugs away because of a bad experience with another carpet cleaning company two weeks before that destroyed another rug. She clearly knew her stuff so I gave her the rugs to clean off-site. They were done well before the time-frame they gave us and she brought them out in person and helped put them back. If we were staying in town, I'd have her out yearly to steam the carpets. Awesome job and I'd recommend her to any individuals or dry cleaners that outsource their work. read more
