They threw out stainless steel containers, glass containers and pieces to our ice cream machine , again not compensated. Removed the sensor and handles to the fridge, not reattached. The owner tried gas lighting me stating evaluation of damage was not complete after they had submitted all damages to the insurance. He stated they don't waste payroll on that stuff until they are doing the work. Tried salvaging cabinets that were clearly not salvageable. Tried saving cabinets with water damage. Damage a piece of furniture they moved without emptying it. So much to list. Just do not contract this company.

A projected six week repair morphed into almost six months of actual displacement of my tenant and a year to finalize all repairs. S. C. Anderson sub-contracted the removal of my tenants furnishings and my drapes/sheers. When the contents were returned, the furniture was dirty and dusty and the drapes/sheers had significant damage. The company Anderson sub-contracted, FRSTeam, denied they did the damage to the drapes and S. C. ANDERSON refused to take responsibility for this company. The repairs to my unit were almost $50,000. The estimate to replace the drapes was $3000. Anderson refuses to pay for the replacement. Think hard before you do any business with this company. They also charge an additional a two and a half percent if you use a credit card. I've notified the HOA management company and filed a complaint with the BBB.
