Nick helped get us set up to install the same flooring in three additional rooms. He made the whole process quick and easy. Nick had great communication throughout the whole process from ordering the floor, scheduling an installation and calling to check in after it was completed. The installation was done in a day and we couldn't be happier. We still have another room to complete and will be back to work with this company again when we are ready.

Once the installer came to the house , he said that we needed support bars for the quartz and those were extra $$. We talked the sales rep, Nehad Estafanous, and she said that she didn't know we wanted those. Although the installer said those were necessary to prevent the quartz from breaking in the future. Nehad said that they were planning to use the old wood support piece to lay the quartz on top, and that we should have known we needed it before it was removed. The old piece of wood would be showings about 5 inches below the quartz, and it's 21 years old!!! She refused to eat the cost of bars or installation. Not to mention that the installer was always late or didn't show up for measurements. Horrible customer service.

I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

Everyone commented on how beautiful the Acacia wood floors were-I think that's what helped sale the house. We wouldn't allow anyone but Wholesale Flooring Depot to install the wood floors and carpet in the new home! We even went with the same Acacia wood flooring because of the beautiful color variation in the wood. Chacko Chackunny, the store manager was professional and easy to work with. Our wood floors and carpets were professionally installed within the time frame he gave us. The installers, were amazing, they came every morning ready to get the job done! They actually care if the job is done right. They are attentive to our request and suggestions. Myra is easy to work with text/call. Her staff are friendly and HONEST. I have Mrs clean come in 2-4 times a month. We have got to the point that I just get home and the house looks like when we bought it. All the small things that bother you. Splashes of coffee small marks on countertops they find and they clean it. If you concerned about harsh chemicals, you have the option to bring organic cleaning supplies and they are more then happy to use those materials. She quoted me $400, so in my head I was factoring tips for her staff. However when they cleaned the house it was a basic clean. What you would expect in a weekly cleaning, NOT a deep clean. I had to specifically ask and remind the crew that I requested prior that the windows were cleaned inside and out. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance.
