Also, there was a large, dirty bowl of eaten food sitting on the floor. But that's the least of their worries, unfortunately. Update: They responded to my review below by saying their secretary doesn't HAVE to shake anyone's hand, which is a disgusting cop out and only reinforces my suspicions. Also appeared to subtly threaten my occupational prospects (I left the company I worked for at the time of my own accord, so it doesn't matter but still low of them.) They also didn't deny the dirty plates on the floor; don't do business with these people. Update 2: Dave, the owner, saw my review and got in contact with my boss. We hopped on a conference call and when I asked if I would receive an apology from the woman directly, he told me it wouldn't happen because she "told him she feels bad" and that he would just get the review taken down. He also called me a "keyboard warrior" for decrying racist behavior. It's sad that people of color have to deal with such disrespect in the workplace. Update 3: It seems as though they've either gotten the post removed or shadowbanned from review sites. Very sinister stuff.

The quality of the workmanship was horrible! Her home is on a cement slab that obviously was not prepared correctly. You can see and feel bumps all over the floor making the surface uneven. She is still trying to remove the glue they used to adhere the LVT down. Two years later, it is starting to raise at many of the seams! This is not a highly trafficked home. Beware of this company!!

We have 6 steps that were laid unevenly so they are broken and cracked. It happened almost immediately so yes, they did come out and replace the broken steps initially. A few months later, it happened again. And again. They came out, I believe twice, to replace until, "oops" your warranty is no longer valid. So now, we just have these effed up cracked steps. The rest of the house is great. Just use caution because I don't think the installers they used know how to account for any irregularities. For reference- my husband is 5'11 and 190lb and my son is 6'2 and 185lbs. I am 5'7 and 145lbs. We are not overweight or extremely heavy people. We also do not have pets.

First visit was to measure, take pix, etc for an hour to generate an estimate to stretch my carpet. When they arrived to do the work, it was obvious immediately that they had no intention of stretching my carpet, it was now "your carpet is old, you need new carpet". I told them to leave - two wasted days of staying home waiting. Beware of these guys.
