I had the girl that did the estimate take out all the fluff and it was still $6650 dollars. It's only two small bedrooms, a hall, and a closet. I measured them and figured the square footage to be 460 ft.² with no waist. I consulted a carpet installer and he agreed with me that I needed approximately 68 yd.². I purchased slightly more expensive carpet from a competitor and hired that carpet installer and I am getting the job done for $3400. I would not trust AFW! Beware, I'm not sure if they are just inexperienced or if they are just looking for huge paychecks from unsuspecting people?? I am not going back there for anything!

Told me I had two days to pay regardless, and sent me to collections within two hours. If you want shoddy workmanship and worse customer service, this is the place for you! In this area, even summers can present weather challenges to get the work completed as expected. The owners are genuine, honest, fair and very hardworking. Their price, we feel, was comparable the amount of work required to complete our project to our satisfaction. Talk to them, let them know what you need and they will work very hard to deliver. About an hour after writing this, I got a call apologizing for not calling and letting me know they couldn't make it. I accepted their apology, but it still cost me a day of my time (the appt was to be at 11am). Said she didn't write down my phone number initially. I know stuff happens in life...just wish they would have been better organized to let me know sooner!!

Awesome! Gary Wall…read morejust finished up a basement remodel for us that we were extremely pleased with. Gary had wonderfully creative ideas to bring to the table. He was able to take an existing furnace and utility room, redesign it, and give us quite a bit of extra basement space. That was a real unexpected bonus for us as we hadn't considered this possibility at all. There were a number of other difficulties with the existing space that Gary was able to work through in short order. Also, the workmanship was excellent all the way around.
