My past purchases include sheepskin boots, luxurious shearling coat and a backpack purse. Sadly, the 2 women sales people this visit Dec. 2015 were totally unfriendly. They had no reaction when I showed them my year old Overland boots and seemed protective of their merchandise, as though they didn't want me and my friend trying on their hats, scarves, etc. No fun at all this year! Martin, the owner, came out and did all the measurements, made recommendations, and worked with me to coordinate tearing out the old carpet, giving me a week to paint, and then having his guys return to do the installation after the painting was done. Alison, Terry and Therese were all involved at various times, and everyone went out of their way to make a very bad situation better. The carpet looks great, and Martin even repaired two of the stairs that the aforementioned tenants had broken. Great work, great service, and a great result.
