As it took a long time to get on the line with your business account agents, I had the time to obsrve how patient and soothing they were with all the customers, some of whom raised their voices and were impolite or hard to understand. Kudos to your team there, and thank you to all of them

A wide selection of games with competitive prices. However, the service is absolutely terrible and…read morethe quality of most of their goods is very bad. Many times I have been confronted with rude staff, wrong discs in boxes and non functioning items. Whenever (and whatever) you trade in to sell for cash, they usually do not have the cash on site, leaving you with a 'credit note' in order to buy bad quality items. The staff are very poor. On more than one occasion the staff swear in front of their customers and most of them had no idea what they were doing. Their attire also had a lot to be desired as most of the men wear casual clothes and the women very little. The casual clothes not being too much of a problem, but makes it hard to distinguish which is a customer and which is a salesperson. I have given Cex, the Derby shop, I 1 star out of 5 due to its terrible service and lack of care to the customer.

Actually, it's rather useful in Earl's Court because there's not much choice in the area, unless you're prepared to trudge over to Kensington High St, or try some of the dodgier back-street looking places. I happen to have their own tariff (Fresh) which suits me, but they are useful for accessories (I needed a phone charger and a new SIM card) and bits and pieces. They don't keep an especially large range of phones in stock, but can order items in if necessary. I haven't tried this angle of customer service, but they seemed helpful and straightfoward enough for my specific needs.

The gentleman who helped us was friendly, efficient, and got us set up with temporary phones in about 10-15 minutes. He found us the slimmest phones available (perfect for my traveler's across the body bag), and pre-loaded them with the requested amount of money. The phones also took halfway decent photos and came complete with a charging cable which also doubled as a means of transferring the images to the computer. On a random note, I did receive a couple of calls from numbers which I didn't recognize while carrying the phone, but this may be common with temporary phones. (Perhaps the numbers are re-purposed ?) In addition, Vodafone sends a good number of helpful text messages, and if they annoy you, you have the chance to opt out. All in all, I'd probably visit Vodafone again if in the UK, as they served us well while we were there.

I was all a fizzle and not knowing how I was going to send one phone off and keep the number live on a different sim but then be able to switch phones back when it was repaired. In a nutshell, he just took both phones off of me, sorted it all. Handed back with all sim swaps and drama dealt with. SUMMARY: Best bit, he didn't charge me, he just sorted it, quickly and with a smile. It's a shame 95% of phone shops can't be like this. It's a little gem and when it comes to upgrading my phone I am going back there to sign up with him. Blinding customer service!!

If you have an issue with your O2 things, just go there - this store is one of the few branches…read morewhere staff are competent, helpful and friendly. They helped me out more than once! I guess, we all have made our mixed experience with telecom companies. Dealing with support lines etc. was for me often a source of frustration and I try to avoid it. As it happened, I replaced my iPad with a brand new iPad Air. Unfortunately, Apple had decided to change the size of the SIM card, so I could not just continue using my existing SIM I bought at the Apple Store about two years ago with a tariff specifically for the iPad. After the online support chat was not too helpful, I walked into the O2 shop on Putney High Street. I should have known better. Once again, the customer service was appalling - they went so far to say that what I was asking for was not possible. And asking the customer to do the registration of the new Nano SIM on their own mobile phone, that does not even support Nano SIMs, is not really a clever move. Because I had similar experiences at the Fulham Broadway and the Putney High Street branches before, I decided to give O2 a last chance and the next Saturday, I walked down to the O2 shop at 134 Oxford Street. In the past, they were always friendly and competent. And once again, the customer service at this particular O2 branch was great. The guy was very friendly and efficient, he knew what he was doing, he was explaining the options and sorted everything out for me. Thanks only to him, I continue to use my O2 SIM with the iPad Air. It is really surprising, that mobile phone companies make it more difficult for customers to stay, than to change...
