I told them before my deposit that I must have by the end of six weeks as this is a church campgrounds for delivery and once kids are there we couldn't have them in there putting it up as would be a hazard with kids present. The kids would be arriving after seven weeks from deposit. We are now at six weeks and have been told they couldn't do it at that time frame because they have to have enough other runs or sales in my area before they couldn't bring my $7000 cover. The date they are giving is when kids are present during camps which I told them before had to be in that 6-7 week window. So my purchase is not doing me the good to cover my rv during the camp season that I purchased it for. Then when the kids will be gone they can't guarantee that date either because they may not have other sales on my area. This is not treating me as a customer correctly and I have talked with several managers and promised a call back the next day but didn't happen. Said I could call him also but no answer and left voicemail with no response. The contract is ridiculous if you go back and read all the fine print but one thing it says is they want to satisfy the customer 109% but yet they don't stand by their delivery dates! I will not recommend this company and there are a lot of people at the campgrounds area that want rv covers but I will not recommend this company at all unless they make this right in the next week! To make matters worse, when I called to voice my concerns and requested a refund so I could take my business elsewhere, I was informed that my deposit is non-refundable. I narrowed it down to 3 three companies, and from the start Bryan was the most responsive and transparent person to work with and their bid was simply the best and most affordable price. Working with Bryan felt like working with someone I had known for a long time. I asked LOTS of questions, maybe enough to be annoying, but he always quickly answered them. Now having completed my steel pole barn project, I can say that his answers were 100% spot on for the way this building project went. Bulldog's price was almost $30,000 CHEAPER than a traditionally stick built pole barn from a local contractor. The quality of the steel and skill of the crew that put it up were simply the best, it only took them 6 days to complete the building. I could not be happier with this pole barn building. It turned out amazing, lots of compliments from neighbors, family and friends. You should give Bryan a chance to work on your steel building project, he is great. In response to the negative review here on Yelp. That persons experience was NO WHERE NEAR my experience. Bryan was very transparent on what I can and cannot do when it comes to the warranty on my pole barn, however I asked a lot of questions up front and at no time during the process did I ever feel that Bryan or Carolina Carports mislead me. My experience was much different and was great. Modifying the pole barn is like wanting to take apart your iphone to modify it, probably going to void your warranty there too. As to the 2.5" gap they say is between their walls and ceiling, mine barley lets sunlight through, very tight and well built.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was lied to by Carport Central…read more I should have read through their reviews first. Apparently they're subcontracted installation crews do a decent job, but as far as everything else it was a disaster. They coerce you into signing a document agreeing to a non refundable deposit. When I expressed that I was uncomfortable with this, a salesman Joshua Gomez, assured me that if my Township denies the plans for the structure that my $3,500 deposit would be refunded in full. Sadly I took him on his word. It was a bold faced lie. Carport Central had no intentions of refunding any money to me. Their design is flawed and my township denied the plans due to the structures anchoring system and lack of information provided. Carport central pretty much subs out everything, ie installation and architectural planning. I spent months trying to talk to the architectural company they use with no help from Carport Central, in efforts of getting the proper specifications that my township required. Carport Central, nor any of the entities they are affiliated with, could provide the details needed. As a result, the plans were officially denied in writing by my Township. Even though I have text messages between Gomez and I eluding to the fact that we agreed on a refund. Carport Central, went back on their word, even though it is illegal for me to install their unit on my property, and even though we are not conducting any business together. This is obviously a civil matter, and we will be going into litigation shortly, but they are really skirting the lines of a criminal nature with deceptive business practice. This is not the first time nor the last time this company has done this to a potential customer. They have a whole system in place to defraud people out of their money because they know they have a product that does not meet certain standards. Buyer Beware!
