The roll up garage door has way too much tension, making it difficult to pull down. I called to ask about hav it adjusted and was told by the "customer service representative" in a very matter of fact manner, that since we had power installed in the building, the one year service warranty was voided and, "we won't be coming out to adjust it." So, that means you have to wait a year to have power installed?? I told her that explained the one star Yelp rating, to which she replied, "I don't know what that is." Now, we're tasked with trying to find someone local to adjust the door. Terrible customer service!
