I went with the carnitas taco and the pernil empanada. I was supposed to share the taco with my wife but I ended up eating the whole thing. Delicious. The empanada was also good. The crust was flaky and held together well. The filling was flavorful with the pernil cooked just right. Sometimes pernil can get dry because it is cooked for a long time and it is a science to make it right. They had a bunch of people working in the truck so it looks like they are always busy. I would definitely check it out if you see it. Prices are reasonable and they do a solid job of making it authentic.
