New Colombian Grill on the Boulevard. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. They've recently opened and are well worth trying. I've had their Grilled Chicken which is always moist and flavorful, their Shrimp Scampi was good too. Portion size is perfect. First time in the Paterson location. As I used to go to the one in Dover. This Paterson location is much smaller. However, it's all about the food. They were out of many items. Grilled Steak was sold out also. Only steak option was the steak with onions. It was good. But not as good as their grilled steak. I mainly come here for the Empedrao. Shredded beef, chicken, rice and beans. It's unbelievably good. I always take some home. And I did this time also. I also love their soups. The Friday lentil soup is an event on itself. The chicken soup is DAYMN good. Today's soup was tripe. Not my thing. I passed. I've tried so many Colombian restaurants. This one is my fav BY FAR. read more

Best bandeja paisa I have ever had with HUGE portions of chorizo, chicharron, and steak. The service was fast, all the ingredients were fresh, and the owner was super nice to talk to. If you stop by, definitely try one of their soup specials, I tried the sopa de pollo and it was delicious with a very nice kick to it. The empanadas were equally delicious, handmade, with the tastiest aji you could possibly ask for. I don't live close to this restaurant, but I will certainly be back. read more

Sancocho Sundays are my favorite days to visit this restaurant! The food is always served fast and fresh, the girls out front are amazing.

First of all, I am Colombian so I maybe biased. But, that isn't to say I didn't thoroughly enjoy my experience. They did solely speak to me in Spanish, but don't let that deter you! Their food is excellent, and if you can learn a couple words I'm sure you'll be fine. After all, who doesn't love a good hearty meal? I had the deal of the day, which was a freaking half of a chicken, cup of rice, a side salad, soup, maduros and a lil arepa. I had no idea I was getting that much food!
